Sutton Court Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home in Sutton in Surrey for 63 residents, spread across three and a half levels. All rooms are easily accessible via a passenger lift.

There are several communal lounges for residents to enjoy, as well as a pleasant conservatory area.

Highly motivated and well-trained staff are on hand to provide 24-hour nursing care to residents, and the home received an overall 'Good' rating by CQC inspectors in April 2017.

A daily menu of nutritious and well-balanced food is prepared by the home's chef using only the best ingredients available. Special dietary requirements of individuals can always be catered for.

The staff were always kind, caring and helpful. The accommodation was very clean and the surroundings were very pleasant. Any queries were sorted out promptly. My family is very grateful to SCC for the first-class care they provided for my beloved mum.

Excellent service. I was so looked after in all aspects. At first, I was a bit scared, due to the pain in my leg and thought where am I? I started to feel safe and even remembered staff names! To keep things even, I have to say sometimes the food was lacking. Christmas food was awful and anything to
do with pork was really terribly processed. Christmas was good! Just the food.

The staff at Sutton Court Care Centre have been sensational! The care that was given to my nan at her end of life was everything we could have hoped for. Every single member of staff was kind, caring and considerate, not only to my nan but to us the family. I will forever be grateful for my nan's care
home for their love and attention (and coffee!) to my nan and us family in the most difficult time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for all that was done for my nan.

We have found Sutton Court to be wonderful. Staff amazing, I cannot commend them enough. The night staff were amazing! Such love, kindness and compassion. There are several members of staff in particular who are wonderful! Rooms spotless, food fab, what else can I say? 10 stars out of 5! Will miss you

Having viewed several nursing homes, which were considered houses both based in Sutton. My sister and I were not overly impressed and decided to hold out for hopefully something better to become available. Fortunately, several days later, a place became available at Sutton Court Care Centre, so as soon
as I visited the home, I knew this was the right place for Mum. Being purpose-built and not very old, it was like a hotel, and the staff were so happy and helpful. Mum could not have wished for a better place to end her days on this earth - many thanks.

My mother was moved into Sutton Court Care Home following her discharge from hospital with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer. She was well looked after with experienced nurses who were very attentive to her needs and in her palliative care, towards the end of her life, they were excellent. I give a 5 star
review for their continued success towards their patients and especially my mother.

My father was admitted to Sutton Court Care Centre on 8/8/2023 with Alzheimer's and vascular dementia with challenging behaviour. He was being assessed for funding and was regularly assessed by the social workers who were monitoring the amount of hours that were needed to keep him safe and the safety
of the care centre staff.
The care centre staff were excellent, and my father always looked clean and well cared for. We were kept informed of any changes as soon as they happened, and the staff were very polite and conscientious. My father sadly passed away on 27/10/23.

The staff at Sutton Court Care Centre were amazing when they cared for my mother. They were curious, kind, and treated her with dignity at all times. Nothing was too much trouble and would fulfill any wishes she had.
During her last hours they supplied us with teas and juice and were very supportive.

My aunt was admitted here after her discharge from hospital. She was very ill and was very dependent in all her needs. She had her ninety-seventh birthday during her stay and tried to participate in the very nice celebration that was arranged for her. Admission was made very easy, following a phone
call. No delay in getting matters sorted. All grades of staff showed great respect to my aunt and her family and friends. I am so pleased that her end of life here was carried out so well.

Sutton Court Care Centre is a family home for my Mother who has been living here in an assisted care facility since August 2020. It is a warm, caring, loving atmosphere where my Mum feels at home. The staff are wonderful, kind, generous and empathetic. They treat Mum as if she is their family. The management
is excellent and always has a patient pair of ears for all complaints and addresses issues very fast. Overall, I would rate them excellent in all spheres. Love you so much Sutton Court, from my heart.

I visited eight or so on care homes on behalf of my father when he needed 24 hour nursing care and Sutton Court was my preferred choice early on. Luckily, after showing my father round three places, his favorite was also Sutton Court.
The deciding factors were the warm and family atmosphere, the attitude
of everyone we dealt with and the care my father receives. I've been lucky to be able to visit him most days for several months before flying home and I am certain he is in the best possible place.
The home is close to the shops, if needed, and the bus services are good with a hospital being a short car ride away. I've never had a problem parking and I've used the buses too.
The food at meal times is very well presented and, as soon as you sit down as a visitor tea, coffee and biscuits are offered, so it's easy to chat. The shared areas on the ground floor are light and the activities on offer look just right. I very rarely give 5/5 on any survey, but Sutton Court deserves it.

My Mother, who is on occasions challenging to deal with, has been at Sutton Court Care Centre for 7 weeks and I cannot fault the care and attention she has received. My dad was transferred here directly from the hospital and was given an end-of-life diagnosis. The staff were very welcoming, and even though this was a particularly difficult and painful time for the family, they respected our privacy and treated my dad with the utmost dignity. They even helped us
to celebrate his birthday with him and were so kind to us all. They allowed us all to spend his final hours with him and even found the time to give us refreshments. Nothing was too much trouble that night. A special thanks must go to two particular members of staff who were just absolute angels and gave us so much strength. Dad would’ve loved you both.

Mum enetered Sutton Court Care Centre in March 2020, just before the first Covid lockdown. She had been diagnosed with dementia and was 97 at the time. The staff have been caring, looking after her professionally and with dignity at all times. She celebrated her 100th Birthday as restrictions were being
lifted in May 2022. Visiting the home after her death this month, we found the staff very open and positive in their support, and they clearly knew our Mother very well. Care staff, duty staff, reception and management all contributed to making the last three years of her life comfortable and dignified.
