I find Kingsley Court a very pleasant place to live and I find the staff most helpful and caring.

I consider them to be more like friends than staff.

Very happy with the staff and food.
My brother likes it here, that is the main thing.

The only thing I'm not happy with is the shaving. I have asked for it daily as I go in to take him out a lot.

Reply from Shiny Mathappen, Home Manager at Kingsley Court

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear your concern regarding the shaving but please be reassured that I will discuss with the team and will address this matter promptly.

All staff were extremely caring, friendly and compassionate whilst caring for my father. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They made his, albeit brief, stay very comfortable.

They all also supported me during very difficult times. They are, each and every one of them very special people.

From the moment my Mum went into the care home I was extremely pleased as I felt she was in safe hands. She now has a better quality of life. The management and staff are all very professional, caring, friendly, patient, helpful and conscientious. I would definitely recommend this care home to others.

Sadly my uncle passed away following a short hospital stay recently. I did, however, wish to thank all the staff at Kingsley Court for making his last 2 years so comfortable.

As a bachelor, he had lived alone for some time. On entering Kingsley Court he was able to access activities (drumming, painting and organ lessons) and utilised a lot of their services. He was extremely happy. He had a private en-suite room too. Thank you again.

From the first meeting with all management and staff we realised this was the place for our mother.

During our time of need and stress, they made all of us feel so calm and ensured us that mum will be taken care of to the highest possible standard and we have found this to be very true. Thanks to them all, through such a difficult time for all concerned.

I have found all the staff that I have come across to be caring and communicative, always have time to chat. I believe they are doing a brilliant job, albeit with some challenging arduous tasks and difficult residents. I have already recommended this home to others. I am always made to feel welcome when I visit.
