Very happy with the staff and food.
My brother likes it here, that is the main thing.
The only thing I'm not happy with is the shaving. I have asked for it daily as I go in to take him out a lot.

All staff were extremely caring, friendly and compassionate whilst caring for my father. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They made his, albeit brief, stay very comfortable.
They all also supported me during very difficult times. They are, each and every one of them very special people.

From the moment my Mum went into the care home I was extremely pleased as I felt she was in safe hands. She now has a better quality of life. The management and staff are all very professional, caring, friendly, patient, helpful and conscientious. I would definitely recommend this care home to others.

Sadly my uncle passed away following a short hospital stay recently. I did, however, wish to thank all the staff at Kingsley Court for making his last 2 years so comfortable.
As a bachelor, he had lived alone for some time. On entering Kingsley Court he was able to access activities (drumming, painting
and organ lessons) and utilised a lot of their services. He was extremely happy. He had a private en-suite room too. Thank you again.

From the first meeting with all management and staff we realised this was the place for our mother.

I have found all the staff that I have come across to be caring and communicative, always have time to chat. I believe they are doing a brilliant job, albeit with some challenging arduous tasks and difficult residents. I have already recommended this home to others. I am always made to feel welcome

I am very happy that my husband is in Kingsley Court care home.


It is a very nice place, all the staff are kind and caring, nurses are very attentive, carers are doing their best to make the residents comfortable and are looking after them with great care for their wellbeing.

My friend is extremely happy. Staff very friendly and caring, always offer us tea or coffee when we come to visit my friend. Receptionist always happy, smile on her face, warm welcome and tea cofee offered. All over he is happy in the Kingsley Court, one of the best homes in Hillingdon area.

I'm a family member of a resident. Very very happy about the care, it is excellent.
Staff excellent, always tea, coffee offered and from time to time cold drinks if we need.
Management excellent.
Receptionist most receptive to all the visitors. Happy, smiling, makes the visitors feel more comfortable,
warm and welcomed.
Nurses always have tome to listen to the family.

The biggest professional challenge in her current role, is working with advanced dementia residents and understanding their challenging individual needs.


Her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated for dignity champion finalist, employee of the year (twice), IIP – Gold, Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance and Dedication – IIP – Gold, CQC inspection – 2018 (dementia unit), Hillingdon Social Services (wall art on dementia unit) and Certificate of Achievement 2018.


Qualities which make Martha stand out are her good people skills and management, good communication, treat people with equality and approachable and understanding


Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, watching films and documentaries, history, arts and crafts and travelling.


Martha enjoys a good and peaceful working day. She feels content knowing that she has made a difference in a resident’s day and knowing her efforts have been successful and rewarding.
