My mother's 98th birthday was on 7/6/2021. The manager and staff went well beyond their remit to do her a party. Everyone from the staff to the residents joined in and enjoyed themselves. Sadly mother went into hospital on 22/6/2021 and died on 24/6/2021. I thank all the staff for their condolences.

My uncle went into Kingsley Court from May 2020 until he took his last breath in April 2021. The staffing care and support he received was excellent and he made lovely relationships with the staff that worked there. Even though unfortunately we were in covid restrictions and unable to see him, at all
in the first stages, the care staff kept in regular contact with us and also ensured we were able to have zoom video calls with him. During my uncle’s last days they ensured we were able to spend time with him (all covid secure practices were in place). The staff ensured his dignity throughout and the family are thoroughly grateful for the care provided. Thank you so much.

I really felt that my godfather was treated with care and respect. I was kept informed at every step of the way, even the manager calling me out of hours. As I live some distance away, the home was very accommodating in allowing me to visit when I could and speak to him. I really felt that they did
a good job of letting my godfather spend his last few months taken care of. Thanks again.

I feel that my dad was welcomed and taken care of as soon as he arrived, which was rather rushed (not his or the home's fault). He has flourished since arriving and during these difficult times, the home have kept me updated on his welfare and done all they can to make this difficult time better by
allowing visits when possible out of lockdown and contact when in lockdown through social media. It is a warm and cheerful environment for my dad to be away from his own home and I feel confident in his care.

My mother is currently residing at Kingsley Court. From the day I brought my mum here the kindness and the professionalism from management to admin and nurses, in fact, all staff has been transparent. What you see is what you get, fabulous all the way. Mum has settled in well, it’s coming up to a year
in June. She’s happy and content and most of all loved by all who are looking after her.
During the lockdown, due to the virus, they have protected everyone who's been in their care and provided adequate contact via FaceTime or Whats-App calls. I would definitely recommend this care home to anyone.

Mum has settled in extremely well. By all accounts, she gets on well with all staff. Mum is very happy and I couldn't ask for any more than that. A very friendly care home with all staff very reassuring.

I was able to see my mother-in-law under Covid restrictions which worked well. She was inside the lounge in a wheelchair, wearing a mask. I was outside in the garden. A very caring carer stayed with her all the time I was there. Her dementia means she finds things very confusing but the carer spent
time explaining everything to her. She is now 100 years old and the care home held a wonderful party for her in the garden. They had gone to great lengths to make the day special for her, given the current restrictions. I cannot praise the manager and her staff enough for the magnificent job they do.

The care given to Mum is exceptional. The staff are friendly, loving and caring. They do their jobs with enthusiasm and a smile on their faces. Mum is very happy at Kingsley Court as all her needs are catered for. The staff are constantly in touch if there are any changes in Mum's condition and are
always willing to talk and update when we call them. I have not been able to see Mum during the pandemic and I know that Mum is so well cared for. I can't speak high enough of the manager and her wonderful team.

The manager and her team, the nurses and the catering staff have been absolutely outstanding and so caring over the last 6 months, my sister and I could not have asked for more. The processes and methodology to capture the level of detail and care plans are in place and with a wide range of activities,
our mum who suffers from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia is in safe hands. Throughout lockdown, the management have been very strict on not allowing access and ensuring visitors follow procedures at any other time, I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely care home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kingsley Court and the care they have provided to my dear brother, who is unfortunately terminally ill with a brain tumour (stage 4 glioblastoma). Everyone at Kingsley Court has been cheerful, attentive and thoughtful in helping my brother through this awful experience.
He has been very complimentary about the food in particular, and we as a family have really appreciated the care taken over medication and socialisation including having a wonderful birthday party in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you for everything!

Very grateful for the care provided for my mother in a time of need. When I asked her if she would like to come home she replied that there was 100% comfort here. She liked all the staff who would pop in to see if she was ok.

The Kingsley Court Care Home is run extremely professionally. Staff are incredibly caring, understanding, patient and hard working.
They do a brilliant job, under challenging situations. The look after not only the resident but also the family and friends who come to visit.

Kingsley Court has, overall, taken good care of our mother from the time she was accepted to now, her health improved from being immobilised to being partially mobile. We would like to express our gratitude to each member of staff, from carers to nurses, as well as the management for their dedication
and hard work. Being from a particular cultural and lifestyle background, our mother lacked the interest and willingness to align with the routine necessary to effectively run the care system, despite that, everyone here went out of their way to make her comfortable.

I think it is a good care-home. Although, looking after the elderly and people with many health conditions could be challenging, the care home staff and management took good care of the residents. They paid attention to individual needs such as the of food and hygiene. They have staff round the clock
looking after the residents and the managers are available too. We are satisfied with this service.

My dad was moved to this wonderful care home after several weeks in hospital. He has been here for five weeks now and I've been overwhelmed by the management team, nurses, carers, chefs and activity co-ordinators, through to the home's GP. He has never been happier and at last, after many years, I am
able to be just his daughter and advocate and not his carer. I am confident to place his care in their professional hands. So well guided and led.

My uncle has been at Kingsley Court for a month. He is so well looked after and is very happy. Today he had a visit from his nephew and wife from the USA. The manager organised an excellent lunch in the bar which gave us a lovely time together. The staff always go the extra mile.

The biggest professional challenge in her current role, is working with advanced dementia residents and understanding their challenging individual needs.


Her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated for dignity champion finalist, employee of the year (twice), IIP – Gold, Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance and Dedication – IIP – Gold, CQC inspection – 2018 (dementia unit), Hillingdon Social Services (wall art on dementia unit) and Certificate of Achievement 2018.

Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, watching films and documentaries, history, arts and crafts and travelling.
