My Mum has been a resident since April 2024 and I am so happy and grateful to all the staff at Kingsley Court Care Home. They all are so friendly, professional, and approachable. My Mum is well taken care of and all her needs are met to a high standard. I feel so relaxed as a member of the family knowing
my Mum is in a safe place and looked after very well. I am able to discuss anything with the manager who has an open-door policy and is so caring and supportive. Excellent service!

My wife has been at Kingsley Court for over three years now and I am amazed at what the caring and devotional staff have achieved in managing her dementia issues. The staff are constantly monitoring her wellbeing by providing opportunities to ensure she is having a meaningful life, daily activities
keep her focused and there are both religious and seasonal special days when all the 'Kingsley family' come together, both staff and residents. There has also been an outing to a safari park and they are scheduled to go to the London Christmas lights. I give my heartfelt thanks to all staff.

Since my mother-in-law arrived at Kingsley Court there is such a difference in her. Knowing there is always someone there for my mother-in-law gives her company and the family great peace of mind. Mum came to Kingsley Court in June 2023 and has always been very well cared for. The staff here are so helpful and caring and Mum's needs are always well catered for. If I need any information about mum there is always someone to talk to. I would recommend Kingsley Court to anyone.

From what I observed my friend has settled well in the home and generally appears happy and content. She is happy to see me but also quite happy to go off with the staff when I leave, which I find reassuring.

I am a resident and very happy in Kingsley Court Care Home. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The food is excellent, I'm happy that they give me alternative food choices. The management team is also friendly, they visit my room every day and ask if any concerns. They are happy to help me,
overall I am very happy. No concern. Tea and Coffee offered to my son with respect when he visits me. I feel very much at home in Kingsley Court Care Home.

My husband was admitted to Kingsley Court care home. To date, he has been very well looked after and all his needs catered to the very best. He suffered from Parkinson's and as a result, has minimal mobility coordination. I wish the care home had admitted resources to help care home had additional resources
to help my husband with his mobility issues; exercises and taking him on walks. I understand this request has been met. On the whole, excellent.

When Mum was admitted from the hospital to Kingsley Court care home, she was very ill. She's not able to communicate or speak hardly. now when I visit my mum, she is bright, lively, talks and smiles. I'm so happy to see my mum well looked after. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The favourite part of her working day is making a difference and seeing a smile on residents’ faces is what motivates her and keeps her going; makes her job rewarding. It is the satisfaction gained knowing she has made a difference.


The biggest professional challenge in her current role, is working with advanced dementia residents and understanding their challenging individual needs.


Her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated for dignity champion finalist, employee of the year (twice), IIP – Gold, Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance and Dedication – IIP – Gold, CQC inspection – 2018 (dementia unit), Hillingdon Social Services (wall art on dementia unit) and Certificate of Achievement 2018.


Qualities which make Martha stand out are her good people skills and management, good communication, treat people with equality and approachable and understanding


Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, watching films and documentaries, history, arts and crafts and travelling.


Martha enjoys a good and peaceful working day. She feels content knowing that she has made a difference in a resident’s day and knowing her efforts have been successful and rewarding.
