Mum was under the care of Kingsley Court Care Home after a hospital stay. They cared for Mum very well and we always felt she was looked after. The manager and her team were always very friendly and accommodating when family and friends visited. On her 80th birthday, she was made a fuss of, which she
enjoyed! She arrived not being able to weight bare and is now able to walk with her stick. Thank you to the manager and the staff at Kingsley Court.

Mum, who is 101, is well looked after by Kingsley Court. Mum can be quite difficult to manage due to her age and medical condition, but all staff are very considerate in looking after mum's needs. We (the family) know mum is in safe hands.

My dad has been a resident since early 2020 and I really cannot fault the care, love and attention of all the staff that look after him. One day last month I received a call from a nurse on Rose Unit telling me my dad was not his usual self and discovered he had a urine infection. They immediately called
a doctor and he was started on antibiotics and they kept me informed. I was really worried about him but reassured he was in excellent care. The following day he took a turn for the worse and he was admitted to hospital with urosepsis. He was an inpatient for just over a week, he responded to intravenous fluids and antibiotics, made a full recovery and returned to Kingsley Court. I am so grateful to the nursing staff for their early identification of the infection and intervention of medical support. Because of their vigilance and knowing my dad so well, despite his dementia, they literally saved him. My dad is blessed in is such a wonderful facility where they treat him like family.

All of the staff at Kingsley Court are patient, professional and treat my mother with kindness and respect, she is very happy, she has been living at Kingsley Court for almost two years.
The caring staff treat her like their mum and I can wholeheartedly recommend this home.
Safety, security and cleanliness
are all excellent, Jubilee celebrations lasted for two days and many other celebrations and activities happen throughout the year. I speak with the manager regularly, she is lovely and Kingsley Court communicates with me on all important matters.

Our mother has been in Kingsley Court for just after 2 years. From the first day of her admission everyone at Kingsley Court management, administration staff, nurses, carers, and all the support staff have cared and looked after our mother so very well - thank you.
During the pandemic and the frequent
lockdowns, Kingsley Court has maintained the correct protocols to ensure the health and safety for both residents and staff is top priority.

My mum has been in Kingsley Court for nearly 2 years now with dementia. During this extremely difficult time, Mum has received excellent care. Due to COVID we have been very limited on visits. However, we have been able to have many video calls and even a party in the garden for her 90th Birthday. I
could not have asked for more in this difficult time from a very caring manager and her excellent team.

My mum has been in Kingsley Court for about four years now and I can only say she is happier and healthier as a consequence.
All the staff, including admin, cleaners, laundry, maintenance but especially the carers and nursing staff have all been excellent despite having to deal with the difficulties
of recent times. We have been most impressed with the way they have always had the best interests of the resident's health and wellbeing.

My mother has dementia and does not really want to be in a care home, we all think she is in the best place possible as caring for her at home is not an option.
Kingsley Court has always been very considerate to our visits during the pandemic.

My husband has been a resident at Kingsley Court for over two years. The manager and her amazing staff are wonderful, so caring, and supportive. This month has been especially challenging as his health has declined and the palliative care that he is receiving is the best. He has always been treated

The biggest professional challenge in her current role, is working with advanced dementia residents and understanding their challenging individual needs.


Her biggest career highlight to date was being nominated for dignity champion finalist, employee of the year (twice), IIP – Gold, Certificate of Excellence for Outstanding Performance and Dedication – IIP – Gold, CQC inspection – 2018 (dementia unit), Hillingdon Social Services (wall art on dementia unit) and Certificate of Achievement 2018.

Outside of work she enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, watching films and documentaries, history, arts and crafts and travelling.
