Overall Experience
Mum has received excellent care. The staff have always been kind and caring and are very approachable.
I have been kept updated on Mum's welfare and been promptly informed when she has had a fall.
The home is very welcoming, very clean and tidy and no smell!
Mum's room is clean and tidy and Mum always says she enjoys the food. Drinks and biscuits are on hand throughout the day.

The activities provided keep residents engaged and stimulated.

Andy started out as a carer 6 years ago for another company. He began his journey due to having a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Since then, his dedication, hard work and natural ability to support both residents and colleagues have seen him progress from carer to senior carer and now to Deputy Manager.

Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues alike and is always willing to go the extra mile.

His enthusiasm for care, combined with his experience on the floor and his understanding of the people we support, makes him an invaluable part of our team.
