Very clean house with staff that are very committed to helping everyone be that resident or guest. Could do with more medical help and more days out. There could also be more off a separation from residents who are still independent and those with more needs.

From the moment my father arrived, the staff have made him feel at ease, and they encourage him to take part in activities and meeting new people. They also are very helpful if I have any questions. Highly recommend.

My father went into Mulberry Court on emergency respite care, which then became permanent. The staff have worked very hard to understand and cater for his specific needs, we are so grateful. We feel Dad is very well supported in both his medical and personal needs. Dad is very happy and settled in his environment. He loves food, and he enjoys everything he's given.
As a family who visit often, we are always greeted by the staff with smiles and conversations to fill us in on how he's been.

It was very hard to put Dad into residential care, but we are so pleased and happy with the support that we have received from Mulberry Court.

I was wary of my partner being admitted to a care home. It took me 2 months to accept that all was/is ok. Carer staff are very good. Management helpful. The home is very clean, and the bedrooms are lovely. The home is bright. One thing, though, my partner has Alzheimer's, perhaps more music should be played as people with this condition respond well to it and less television.

First Dad arrived whilst Mum recovered in hospital. Dad really liked it from day 1. He always mentions how nice the staff are. For me seeing him happy is so reassuring. I've found the home professional, helpful and all staff are willing to help always smiling and no question considered unimportant. Now Mum has joined him and staff can't do enough to help her settle in and for them to be together. Five stars!!

Dad has been at the home since May 2025 and has settled in well. The home is welcoming, with some lovely friendly staff. It's very clean and tidy. It serves a good variety of meals which look good enough to eat!! Entertainment is laid on regularly. The home gives care and support to a good standard.

I have been visiting my dad for a number of weeks at Mulberry Court and am happy that despite the obvious challenges of Alzheimers disease he is being well looked after.
The home and rooms are always clean and tidy and the management and carers are friendly, professional and happy to discuss how things are going. That I can visit dad at anytime without prior arrangement says it all for me.
He is generally clean, groomed, wearing clean clothes and his medical challenges are attended to promptly.
I've spoken to management and carers alike and it strikes me that these are people who simply love caring for others.
From my observations they look after some of the most vulnerable people with a quiet calm dignified respectful professionalism which I find extremely reassuring.

A big thank you to one and all at Mulberry Court.

The staff at Mulberry Court are always welcoming. Their smiley faces are a tonic to the residents + their visitors. Always a cheerful approach to the residence. When my friend was poorly she + myself were comforted in the knowledge a carer kept popping into her room during the night incase she needed anything. In many areas the staff go above and beyond in my friends needs. Thank you

My mum was in your wonderful home for 4 and a half years and celebrated her 100th birthday with you. She never complained and all the staff were wonderful.
She had a lovely room overlooking the gardens. The food was excellent and the care and attention from all members of staff was outstanding.

Thank you to the manager and the whole team for making Mum's final years so happy and comfortable.

The carers who are caring for my mother-in-law have demonstrated to be very kind, caring and presenting with empathy every day. In particular, one, for my mother-in-law's birthday, presented her with a cake, and knelt down on one knee to sing personally happy birthday!

The carers go out of their way to ensure the needs of my mother-in-law are heeded to. I have informed the care home manager of the carer and the professionalism and dignity that this particular carer demonstrates is recognised.

I was away for 3 weeks and unable to visit my friend. On my return, I was greeted so warmly and genuinely by all the staff. My friend was happy to see me and told me how much he enjoyed his birthday and Christmas. He looked very well and was a delight to see everyone happy. The home looked fabulous for Christmas, a massive amount of work to decorate for the residents. Thanks, everyone.

A very welcoming place, with caring staff that are friendly and reliable.

Our relation has been here since March 2024, she has dementia with all the trials and anxieties that it brings, we could not cope as a family and though having her in a care home would not be the first choice the people at Mulberry Court help us make it through each week. We know she is warm, looked after and cared for and that is the best we can hope for. As regular visitors we have come to know many of the staff and are grateful for all that they do, each day with a smile, thank you.
