I wish to thank the management and staff for successfully keeping Mulberry Court contained and running to a supportive and high standard of care for my relative during the enforced restrictions due to three residents testing positive to Covid-19 this last month.
It must have been difficult for them,
practically and emotionally, but they did it - which shows just how well they work as a team. A special mention too and thanks for the Zoom meeting and support they give to relatives too.

The response to the COVID-19 crisis has been excellent. You acted quickly and prevented tragedy. It has been difficult not seeing Mother, but it has been eased knowing she is cared for so well. The staff have become her extended family, they are all so kind and caring. Thank you.

I am very pleased, as is my family, for the great care and attention my mum receives at Mulberry Court. We saw Mum in the garden after over 3 months of lockdown on 26th June for half an hour and she was so well and had put weight on. She loves all the carers and they are always son hand to approach
and talk to, as is the manager. They are all brilliant and Mum is so happy. We couldn't ask for more and we would highly recommend this care home. It is spotlessly clean and we are, as a family, so glad that we chose Mulberry Court.

I have been impressed by the response and professionalism of the care home in relation to the current Coronavirus outbreak. They responded very early and quickly to the lockdown to protect residents and their staff. As the son of a resident, it is very difficult to accept the situation and not being
able to visit, however, again, the home has considered this and whenever possible, assist with communication via social media type sites!

I cannot fault Mulberry Court, from the staff to the facilities. We have visited on many occasions and every time we have found it to be spotlessly clean. The staff are genuinely caring and compassionate towards the residents. I have always worried about my mum having to go into a home, however, I no
longer have any worries. My mum is very happy and brilliantly looked after. I cannot fault Mulberry Court and the lovely staff highly enough.

Welcome to Mulberry Court. My name is Marie. I have over 31 years of experience working within the care industry, involving many roles and management roles. I am very proud to be working at Mulberry Court and I am very passionate about my job and devoted to the residents in our care. The team strive and works very hard to make a positive difference in resident’s everyday life experiences. We offer high-quality care, in an exceptional state-of-the-art environment. We provide a personalised, happy environment which is Dementia friendly. There are other facilities in the home which include a shop, sensory room, hairdressing room, a café and spacious communal lounges and dining rooms.


Residents and their well-being are the central focus of our care home, and we put service users at the heart of all that we do. We provide outings with our minibus which include trips to the local museums, clubs, and pubs.

Hi, my name is Hayley Griffiths. I started my career at Mulberry Court Care Homes in 2014. I started working for Runwood Homes as a care assistant to help provide person-centred care to people living with dementia and high needs.


I absolutely adore my job and I go home every night feeling satisfied and rewarded that I have helped somebody in need. Runwood Homes provides so many opportunities and amazing training to progress in the health and social care setting.


I trained to become Care Team Leader in 2016, leading a team of carers to ensure my residents were being well looked after and the floor was well led, safe and effective.


I was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2020. Mulberry Court Care Home is the best place to work. I also recommended my family and friends to this care home.

Hello, my name is Tunde Oyesile. I have been a member of Mulberry Court Care Home since November 2012. Runwood Homes has given me so many opportunities to progress my career in social care. I started off working as a care assistant to support elderly living with dementia and high needs, and trained in-house to become a Care Team Leader. I was promoted in 2015.


The support and training I have from Runwood Homes has been great. I have now been promoted as Deputy Manager and have been in this post since 2021. I would recommend Runwood Homes. Mulberrry Court is a nice place to work with a friendly and family feel.

I absolutely love everything about my job—the staff, the residents, and especially feeding people. I’ve come a long way in my career, starting as a kitchen assistant and working my way up to cook. Originally from Georgia, I’m proud to say I speak five different languages, which helps me connect with people from all walks of life. Outside of work, I enjoy knotting jumpers and clothes, and I’m always up for a good dance session. It’s the little things in life that keep me motivated and happy!

I’ve been a Lifestyle Coordinator for 13 years, and my passion is making residents feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. I love creating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels encouraged to take part in activities that bring joy and fulfilment. As a Dementia Champion, I’m committed to supporting and empowering residents with dementia to engage in meaningful activities that enhance their lives.


Outside of my work, I have a variety of hobbies that keep me energized. I enjoy dancing (I’ve even had lessons and was a Junior Miss Pontins!), as well as gardening, crafting, walking, and flower arranging. Whether it’s a dance step or a fresh bouquet, I bring energy and creativity into everything I do.

I completed my BCom degree with honours and an MBA with merit, followed by a Chartered HRM qualification in a short period. I’m passionate about creativity, especially in arts and crafts, and event organizing is one of my favourite activities.


Outside of work, I’m an avid reader and a movie enthusiast, and I enjoy dancing. My little boy brings me immense joy, and I cherish every moment spend with him. Balancing work, creativity, and family is something I truly enjoy.

With almost four happy years as a Lifestyle Coordinator, I’m passionate about making residents' lives brighter through fun and engaging activities. It’s an incredibly rewarding role, and I always leave work with a smile on my face, knowing I’ve made a positive impact on someone's day. Seeing the joy these activities bring to residents is truly fulfilling, and it’s what keeps me motivated every day.


I started my Duke of Edinburgh and completed my Bronze award, and I used to play the violin—though I can still play "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star!" I’m also a big fan of karaoke, where I love to sing my heart out. When I’m not working, you’ll find me baking delicious treats or enjoying food shopping (though I’m not a fan of clothes or shoe shopping!).
