Greenways Court Care Home

The catering staff are very helpful and very aware of what residents will eat and keen to make sure they eat something if they don't want what is on the menu.

My mother lived in Greenways for 7yrs until she passed away in May this year. I cannot praise the staff enough for their kindness, dedication and hard work. They were attentive and carried out their role with dignity + respect. They also made the last hours of her life dignified + peaceful. Staff in care homes do not get paid enough they care for people with multiple co-morbidities often without the recognition they deserve. Keep up the excellent work team Greenways.

Fantastic service over the last 7 years. Staff are friendly and compassionate. The home has a mix of activities and quieter spaces so accommodates for everyone. The home is clean, comfortable and provides an excellent setting for caring for residents.

My husband was in Greenways only for a short time. He was well looked after and he loved the staff, he passed away in August 2025, and the care home has been a godsend to me I still go and visit and the care has not changed it is a wonderful place to end your days.

I have been in Greenways for 5 years. there is only one world to describe my overall experience and that is excellent.

My brother has settled well into the home. The staff have got to know him well in a very short time. I go every day to see him and from what I have observed is that all staff know the people well and are kind and understanding, showing patience and care to everyone. Even the visitors are looked after.

This relates to my mam Ailsa. Mam has settled in well, and in the run up to Christmas, she really enjoyed everything. Myself and the family have been made very welcome too. I feel staff have her best interests at heart and she is always well cared for.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care that mum is receiving at Greenways Court Care Home. From the very start, when we knew that mum needed more care, the staff have been sensitive, and respectful to the needs of mum and our family. Greenways Court Care Home staff are wonderful, communication is excellent, and the team is always friendly and good humoured. Best of all my mum thinks the world of them. What more could we ask for. Thank you!

I only came into Greenways Court for a short time. But have desided to stay long time after losing my husband. My experience here is that all the staff are amazing, strong and caring go above and beyond you care for us laugh with us are all friendly and helpful in every way.

Impressed by my first visit to Greenways, as at reception the greeting was very attentive, giving us clear instructions on how to find the resident we were looking for. As we could not find him the staff new exactly where he would be. The staff clearly executed their rlls careing for the residents we had in the room we were in. The whole home had a joyous atmosphere as we saw the care taken to equip the home for Christmas. The exibits covering many subjects that resident may be interested in. Everywhere was clean as a whistle. We are now looking forward to visiting requently well done everyone.

All the staff and management at Greenways Court are absolutely excellent and all go that extra mile to make my mother's stay at the home feel as if she is at home and most importantly they really do care about everyone and make a point of speaking every day my wife and I visit. You hear so many bad stories about care homes and the staff running them but not here!!

Thank you so much for the kind care that Grandad was given at Greenways Court. He very much appreciated the caring staff and the warm, loving environment that made him feel safe. He often talked of the range of activities that were available to him. During his last days I spent long hours at Greenway Court and I only heard and saw kindness, good humour and thoughtfulness from the whole team.

My father has recently moved into this facility, he is very happy there, I am very pleased with the staff and the carers they have made him very welcome.

I am very happy being here and the staff are like my family. Very helpful and have a smile every time I see them. Don't have any complaints.

Whenever I visited the home I found the staff very carrying and attentive to my mother. The rooms were always clean and bright. Any additional asistance I required was forthcoming and timely.

The last few weeks of mum's life were difficult. However the staff of Greenwats Court cared for her with brilliant attention and love. Constantly encouraging her to eat and drink but also knowing when it was appropriate to just keep her comfortable.

Overall I'm very happy with the home and care my mother is receiving.

My mum became a resident at Greenways Court Care Home four years ago until she sadly passed away very recently. During her time at Greenways she was an integral park of every day life there and was involved in many of the stimulating and interesting activities on offer. It was only in the latter two months that her health deteriorated. As a family we are eternally grateful to the staff and carers for the kind and compassionate care she received. This enabled her to have a peaceful and dignified ending to her 98 year old long life.
