Greenways Court Care Home

My father was worried and not well when he arrived at Greenways Court in May. It took him 3 or 4 months to settle, but now thanks to the kindness of all the staff and the comfortable surroundings, he is much more like his old self. He is happy in his room with his TV and keyboard and is putting on weight thanks to the care and attention of the kitchen staff.

Care provided is excellent - welcoming - friendly and efficient. The home is clean, tidy and does not smell which was a huge factor is choosing a placement.

Greenways is a lovely home. All staff are very kind and hard working. I can find no faults with the home, one of the best.

The home is clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are caring and friendly. My mum settled immediately and I leave her after each visit knowing she is in the best place possible. A big thank you to everyone concerned.

Both of my parents are residents at Greenways although on separate floors. My father has mobility issues and my mother has dementia. Although their needs are very different, the quality of their care is the same. Nothing short of excellent. From the staff, many of whom I have got to know very well, to the facilities and the attention to detail, Greenways is the very best place for my parents to be.

There is very low staff turnover which means that most of the staff have been there the whole time my mother has been there and they know their residents very well.

Caring, competent staff in a five-star care facility. Beautiful surroundings too. My parents were both staying at Greenways over the Christmas period and the staff made it magical for them with visits from local primary school children, Xmas and New Year parties. My parents commented on the quality of the food saying it was delicious and a good variety too. All in all a very positive experience.

My mother was in great need of residential support, the staff have made her arrival into Greenways Court a happy transition. She has become the cheery mother we used to have, carefree and enjoying the interaction and company of the other residents, staff and visitors. Her care and support are excellent with her dignity and personal choices respected. Also being with her husband in Greenways Court and the care she see's him receiving has put her mind and worries into a thing of the past. My father came to Greenways Court in May 2016 he has dementia and could no longer be cared for at home. The move for him, for the family into residential care, was a difficult decision, but with the staff, support, care and the knowledge he is safe and so well looked after made things so much easier. My dad although mixed up a lot of the time is always given the respect each individual has the right to. Choices and a sunny environment make his days and life a happier time for him.

From the day my mum became a resident at Greenways Court I have never had to worry about about her safety and care. Staff go out of their way to help her in any way that they can, are always cheerful and caring. Her room and bathroom are lovely, light, airy and clean. Bedding and towels changed all the time. I honestly couldn't ask for more, the food is beautifully presented and nourishing. I would recommend this care home to anyone who asked. My thanks to all the staff.

Friendly staff, excellent care given. The home is always clean and tidy and smells fresh. The décor is fabulous.

I looked at many care homes for both my mother and father, but nothing came any where near to the standard of this home. They are both settled and well looked after.
