We went to our friend's lovely celebration for 50 years in parish council, there was a lovely cake table with a fantastic spread or range of cakes, the lovely homemade cakes and immaculate service by the staff made the event go well and everyone feel included.

I have no complaints, neither has he. The coffee cafe helps a great deal. The staff member who runs this always makes my dad feel special. All the staff seem happy which makes a huge difference. I'm happy in my mind that he is well looked after and I know staff will ring me if there is a problem... perfect!

The activities were good but my aunt needed more daily stimulation.
The cafe is run by the kindest lady you could ever want to meet and we will be forever grateful for the kindness she showed my aunt.

Amazing care home for my mum-in-law. She resided here for 19 months from March 2022 before passing away peacefully but in superb hands. The staff are extremely professional and friendly with all the residents and visitors to the home. Mum-in-law was always telling us, that she felt safe and well cared for here and those comments to her family was the best comments you could ever receive after transferring her care to someone else. Mum participated in activities for the residents and engaged in the entertainment as well. That kept her feeling young and engaged. We spent many hours in the cafe a great meeting area for all visitors and residents. My wife and I totally recommend this superb home for your loved ones when it is needed. They will certainly be in safe hands.
Thank you for your compliments. The team will be greatly encouraged to hear these words, and we will keep striving to keep up these standards in line with our Eden philosophy of care. Mum will be definitely missed and we are glad and grateful to have been part of her journey.
My dad became a resident of Amherst Court in November 2022 and from the day he arrived, my family and I cannot thank the home enough for the care and compassion my father receives. Thank you Amherst Court.

The staff and management are always friendly. If there are any problems they always ring me but don't always follow things up. Mum seems reasonably happy but would like to go out more.
