My dad has been a resident here since January. The care and support provided by the staff has been excellent. They have looked after dad through some difficult times and kept family updated regularly. I cannot thank staff enough for all the love and care they provided.

When we went out onto the balcony, we had the pleasure of witnessing the residents having a dance and a sing-along on the grass area organised by the activity coordinator. They are a credit to Oakview, keep it up! The residents really enjoyed themselves. It was lovely to see!

As I walked into Oakview Care Home, I was made to feel welcome by the staff, the activities coordinator had that much energy and enthusiasm with the residents taking part in their activities. The cleanliness of the care home is outstanding, my friend looked very well and looked after, it was like home from home. The manager certainly knows how to run a care home very well.

When we visit our friend. We can see she is comfortable, well fed, and cared for. The room is a nice size. The layout of the floor is good, community rooms are friendly and the food is always fresh. Every staff member is friendly.

Spent a wonderful afternoon celebrating a residents special Birthday. The staff were great at helping the party atmosphere and dancing with residents and guests. Spirits were high and the dancing slow but everyone had a fab time. Wonderful to know that there are care homes where staff have a great relationship and attitude with their residents.

My partner has been here since July 2023. The standards, as indicated below are very consistent. Every effort is made to ensure residents' comfort, safety needs are met. Visitors that I bring into visit always comment on the cleanliness, atmosphere and surroundings. If I have concerns they welcome any comment and it is addressed very quickly. Management and staff are excellent, even exceptional and always striving to improve.
