This is my second time visiting the care home. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The home is always clean and bright. My grandad always seems happy to be here and is well cared for. The staff are happy to help and my grandad loves to talk to them.

The staff are excellent in the Beech Unit. Personal care is fantastic. One particular staff member is great with all the residents and we are pleased with all the care our family member receives.

Beech Unit- I feel my friend is well cared for by compassionate staff. Two particular staff members are amazing at everything they do, always thinking of activities to occupy the residents.

The care home is always welcoming and very clean. The staff are so lovely and caring to the residents. Staff are always around if you ever need anything. Units are always lively with music or activities, such a lovely care home. Would highly recommend it.

I am really happy where my nan is being cared for. The staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. The environment is very clean. Rooms are spacious. I would highly recommend this care home. My nan is currently in the Beeches Unit which is excellent.

It was mine and my husband's 40th anniversary. We had a party for family and friends and residents. It went very well. The weather was good, the staff were brilliant. We had a wonderful day, my son and his wife who are singers provided the entertainment. My husband who had a stroke and cannot communicate very well had a wonderful time. I will be eternally grateful to Oakview and all their amazing staff. My dad passed away peacefully under the loving care and kindness of Oakview. As a family we were able to stay the night before he passed, laugh around his bed, tell him how much we all loved him and he had no pain and was cared for with such kindness and dignity until he passed. Mom's key worker is respectful of Mom's privacy and dignity and always helpful and pleasant. Mom's room and Beech Unit is always clean and comfortable.
