All departments in the home strive to provide the best care for each resident, the activities team work hard to provide activities for all abilities and the housekeeping team, well what can I say, they keep the home spotless and manage to get all the washing done for all our residents.

The kitchen team liaise daily with the care staff, so everyone is aware of who needs additional fortified foods. I'm glad we alleviated all your initial concerns.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a lovely review; your brother has many friends in the home, residents and staff, he loves to spend time in the garden, and in the evening he walks around to check all the outside gates are locked, informing the staff that he has completed the checks. I know he loves the ducks and spends many happy hours watching them in the garden.

Thank you for this review, our housekeeping team works hard to keep the home clean and tidy. I'm sorry you have found incorrect clothes in the room, we try and ensure all clothing is labelled and have a machine in the home to do this, if you have any clothes that require labelling, we can do this for you.

The activities team are always coming up with new ideas to get everyone involved, today we've had poetry and quizzes.
