Ashley Court Care Home

Staff are excellent and very friendly the home is kept very clean and bright and welcoming. The food is like of resturant standard grade. Thank you very much.

My mother is very happy here and so are we. Highly recommended.

I find Ashely Court Care Home to be a kind/caring friendly care home a very inviting / welcoming care home. Brightly decorated and very clean. Staff and management are kind and easy to approach.The activities staff are lovely and do their best best to entertain all the resident at Ashley Court. When visiting my friend at Ashley Court its nice to sit in the lounge and or dining room with the staff and residence. It's a lovely environment to be in.

My friend Eddie has been here since June. I have always found the staff very welcoming and helpful. Eddie is always smartly dressed and well cared for, and has settled quite well. Ashley Court offer a good range of activities for residents, and the outdoor area is excellent for residents to enjoy. I am kept informed of Eddies needs and treatments, and am extremely happy with all of his care here.

I has been my experience during this short period of time that my husband, Jack, has received excellent care & attention in every aspect of the care home. My thanks are to the wonderful staff.

The staff at Ashley Court in particular the office and activities team and nurses go above and beyond to take care of my father. The office ladies are so welcoming and go the extra mile for their residents.

The staff are very understanding and responsive to the residents needs and changing moods. Our aunt is very well cared for. She feels safe and secure and most importantly is happy at Ashley Court. She can be difficult but is always treated with respect.

The staff at Ashley Care Home seem very caring and organized. The lounge areas and rooms are bright, and clean. The meals are of good quality and served either in the room or in the dining hall. We saw a small group of residents participating in a workshop while others were enjoying music videos on the lounge tv. There seems to be a good effort to engage those residents who are capable of participating in something organized while others are allowed to relax. The residents have varying degrees of dementia which must be difficult for the staff at times but our aunt appears well cared for and safe. There doesn't appear to be any interaction between the residents but when I said hello to a couple of people they did say hello back. Ashley Court provides a necessary home for many elderly people who need full time care and from what I have seen they do it with care and safety in mind. Family members are encouraged to come and visit and this makes us feel welcome when we are there. The staff are most accommodating to make our visits as positive as possible.

My brother has not been there very long but have been impressed with everything I have seen. My brother was impressed as soon as he moved in. He loves the food (it always smells lovely).

My brother has not been in the home very long. But he says the food and staff are excellent. I have nothing but high praises for the staff and feel happy knowing he is getting good treatment.

I came to visit my sister in law. We sat in the garden which is very pleasant. I found all the staff very helpful and nice. My sister in law seems very happy which is the main thing.

The staff are always friendly and approachable. The room and all areas are kept clean and tidy. Support is provided to my brother to wash, dress and when needed during the day. Any medical issues are addressed promptly and dealt with. The staff always speak to my brother and acknowledge him. I take my brother out so do not spend much time in the care home.

As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted with such warmth & friendliness. The staff are always so cheerful & helpful. I would certainly recommend Ashley Court Care Home.

Every staff member, from nurse to cleaner are polite and friendly. All of the staff care and that gives you a sense of security and support for of your relative.

Father has only been in the home since November and it is his and our both experience of a care home, so have nothing to compare too. He seems settled and happy and has his needs met. Room seems basic but functional and clean. Staff all are nice and helpful.

My aunt is happy and settled. Her health has greatly improved since she arrived in March 2024. The home is always warm, clean and welcoming and every member of staff has a smile on their face. Nothing is too much trouble. A real home-from-home atmosphere. Well done to all the staff for your kindness and care!

I am extremely satisfied with the excellent care provided to my father. The food is of superb quality and the activities provided are interesting and varied. My father is extremely happy with the care worker and has formed close friendships, especially with 'nurse nicey'!

Well looked after, seems very happy in the home. The staff are very kind and helpful. Always looks clean and well cared for. Very pleased with the home.
