I am extremely satisfied with the excellent care provided to my father. The food is of superb quality and the activities provided are interesting and varied. My father is extremely happy with the care worker and has formed close friendships, especially with 'nurse nicey'!

I am blown away by all the staff at Ashley Court Care Home in Poole.
My mum has been a resident for 18 months and I have never found all the staff from reception, the amazing cleaner who in my mind leaves it absolutely spotless, carers and nurses anything other than really professional and give their
best every day! Christmas Day they kindly allowed me to join my mum for Christmas lunch and what an amazing team they are!
The 3 courses, with choices, was fantastic quality and they made such a big effort to make it very special and for this, I am truly grateful!
I was also so impressed how all the staff were celebrated by the home manager who clearly values all her staff.
I honestly couldn't have been made to feel any more welcome and want to thank all the staff from all my family for making it so special for us.

My husband has been at Ashley Court for 9 months. His needs are quite complex but the staff have been excellent at providing him with the care he needs and are always friendly and cheerful. The home itself is clean, welcoming and homely.

Ashley Court is an amazing care home which I highly recommend. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate visitors and ensure that they meet the needs of all their residents. My aunt is clean, settled and happy. Her physical and mental health has improved
greatly since she arrived in March 2024. She views this home as her own home and she has a new zest for life and enjoys joining in with activities. I really think that she feels she is part of one big family. My aunt is extremely happy and settled. No criticisms whatsoever. Well done and thank you to all the staff!

My mother spent 3 months in hospital - probably 6 weeks longer than she needed as she was unable to go back to her own home. After much waiting, Mum was transferred to Ashley Court. She has only been there three weeks but has settled in very well and I can only say good things about the care she is
receiving. Absolutely outstanding.
Their kindness and professionalism both to her and me after what has been a very stressful time is better than I could have hoped for.
My main requirement for an 86-year-old with cognitive decline/dementia is that Mum be happy, safe and secure - and so far everyone at Ashley Court has delivered on this.

We are always welcomed on arrival and looked after. My brother's room is always very clean and the staff looking after him are kind, considerate and helpful. Dad has been here for nearly 2 years now. He is very happy and settled and very well looked after. All the staff are caring and professional and genuinely take an interest in Dad's well-being. They also make any visitors he has more than welcome. We are really happy we found Ashley Court for dad.

Our family is so grateful to have been offered this home for Dad.
The staff always greet us with a smile and are so welcoming, especially the little children in our big family when visiting.
They care for the residents with such empathy. I often witness them holding hands and reassuring the residents
with such kindness.
It's reassuring that he is being well cared for.

Lovely room, always clean. Toilet is clean too. Clothes washed and returned promptly. The staff are wonderful. Food is very good. Activities very good and varied. I love it here.
