This care home is lovely. My mum had a long stay in hospital and left underweight and in a poor state. She is now doing well thanks to the vigilant care received by the nurses and carers. The staff here are highly professional, compassionate, polite, respectful, and always so welcoming during our regular
visits. My father has recently arrived and receiving excellent care. The staff have been marvellous with my parents and have facilitated them being together. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashley Court.

My mum has been in Ashley Court for a year and I have been really impressed with staff and facilities.
I have always been greeted with smiles and kind words. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. I enjoy my visits as do the various people I bring with me.

I have visited my friend who resides with Ashley Court twice so far, I am in touch with her daughter also.
The atmosphere and the look of the home is light and bright, but very homely and friendly. The garden is superb and calm and beautiful. The colours in the dining room are well chosen and appealing.
The home is not too big (or small). Easy to park there. Staff that I encountered (at least 5) were professional, caring, friendly. Thank you so much for all you do. I enjoy my visits!

The staff are always exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, they have often made me a drink when visiting. I felt confident and satisfied that my nan was receiving excellent care from day one at this home - she was calmer, happier in herself and starting to join in with activities/communal areas
which she hasn't done in a really long time.

This is by far the best care home I have experienced. The staff are so kind and caring. Everything is spotless. We have visited at various times and things are always in good order. The staff is a shinning star of humanity, they are so lovely with everyone. If and when I am in need of a home for myself,

The friendliest and most helpful group of workers. They hug the patients and even the visitors when needed. This has been a fantastic journey in my sister's life, she's happy and the experience for the family is overwhelming knowing we can relax knowing she has the best care. Excellent!

My dear friend was admitted to Ashley Court due to advanced dementia and deteriorating physical health. It was a worrying time for his partner and myself but the Care Homes staff were very caring and efficient. It was a relief to know that my friend had 24-hour care up to the time he unfortunately died.
We cannot fault the home, the private room was large and always spotlessly clean, as was my friend when we visited. The care workers always had friendly smiles and were very helpful and the nurses provided confidence that my friend's needs were being met.

We tried to move my very reluctant Mum into six other care homes before we discovered Ashley Court. She has been at home there now for five months and has blossomed. All of the staff are incredible, from the management and administration teams to the wonderful nurses and health care assistants and the
rest of this fantastic team. Mum is clearly on the receiving end of first-class, professional and friendly care and has a great rapport with the team. We have not seen her so happy, laughing all the time, for years. You won’t find a better care home.

When my wife was moved from hospital into Ashley Court Care Home we were very concerned having never had any experience with the care sector. Within a very short time, it was obvious what a brilliant place it was. The standard of care was second to none. Considering the poor state of health my wife
was in for the eighteen months she was there, the care was always first class, she was always kept spotlessly clean and comfortable and we were always welcome.

My sister was sent from hospital to Ashley Court Care Home. She had Alzheimers and had deteriorated suddenly very rapidly. She had lost all functional skills.
Everybody from management to staff were helpful and caring and kept us informed at all times. I was so grateful my sister was in such a caring,
welcoming place. Anybody that enters this care home is in a very safe dedicated place.

My aunt spent the last 2 years of her life at Ashley Court. She was physically frail and dementia had set in. The carers in Ashey Court showed patience, understanding and great compassion. I live over 250 miles away and with the covid pandemic, it made it difficult to visit. Staff were always excellent
with communication. They showed great kindness when it became evident my aunt was reaching the end of her life. I do not hesitate to recommend Ashey Court, who made my aunt's last 2 years as comfortable as possible. I always felt she was safe. Thank you.
