My stepfather was in Ashley Court for three years. He always received excellent care from the staff. Activities were provided - he wasn't able to take part in many, but he enjoyed a boat trip, a tea dance and guest singers and dancing. His end-of-life care was all we could wish for.

My mother has been living and cared for at Ashley Court for a year now and in that time her wellbeing has improved. Despite the progression of her dementia, she is more engaged and far happier than when she was in her own home. The staff are extremely caring and the residents are lucky to have engaging activities, gorgeous food and trips out. There is a regularly updated gallery of the activities and my mum looks so happy. I have always been kept fully informed of her progress. The home is excellently managed by the Home Manager and every member of staff is always happy in their work and always wants to help and discuss anything although I do miss the carer on the top floor.
