We are always welcomed on arrival and looked after. My brother's room is always very clean and the staff looking after him are kind, considerate and helpful. My brother's care has always been very good. We are so glad we chose this home as we couldn't find better. All the staff are friendly and kind.

Dad has been here for nearly 2 years now. He is very happy and settled and very well looked after. All the staff are caring and professional and genuinely take an interest in Dad's well-being. They also make any visitors he has more than welcome. We are really happy we found Ashley Court for dad.

Our family is so grateful to have been offered this home for Dad.
The staff always greet us with a smile and are so welcoming, especially the little children in our big family when visiting.
They care for the residents with such empathy. I often witness them holding hands and reassuring the residents
with such kindness.
It's reassuring that he is being well cared for.

Lovely room, always clean. Toilet is clean too. Clothes washed and returned promptly. The staff are wonderful. Food is very good. Activities very good and varied. I love it here.

My mother has been a resident of Ashley Court for 14 months and we are very happy with the care that she receives. Staff are polite and friendly and nursing staff attentive to her needs. We were keen to have continuity and this has been the case with Ashley Court, the same staff support mum and they
have built a rapport over the months. This is the best place for our mother, we feel she is safe here.

Coming from overseas to visit my brother, it has been amazing to see him so well cared for. The standards are really high and I feel he is more happy than I've seen him in a long time. My husband has been a resident for 4 years and has at all times been very well cared for. Over the years his dementia has increased and he needs more and more support with washing, dressing and eating and recently moving. He is calm and content when I visit him and seems happy. When he was very poorly
last month, he was given good care very quickly.

My experience of Ashley Court is that the staff are friendly, kind and caring towards the residents and courteous to me as a visitor. The staff obviously knew the residents well and are attentive to their needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. There is a good varied menu each

My Grandfather Derek came to Ashley Court in February of this year after many stays in hospital over the last 18 months due to his advanced immobility and onset of dementia.
As his grandson and LPOA, I wanted a place for him that would reflect the values that his family holds most importantly, which
is a caring and attentive place that he could consider as his 2nd home.
After careful consideration of several care homes in the area, we at last decided on Ashley Court Care Home. What I was most impressed with was the sensitivity, vigilance, and awareness that the staff at Ashley Court pay their residents.
Unlike other sites, Ashley Court staff are all in-house. That means that the residents are able to build a solid rapport and level of trust with the team here.
This is a reassurance for myself and the rest of the family. From the staff on the ground, up to the care home manager herself, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ashley Court.

My stepfather was in Ashley Court for three years. He always received excellent care from the staff. Activities were provided - he wasn't able to take part in many, but he enjoyed a boat trip, a tea dance and guest singers and dancing. His end-of-life care was all we could wish for.

My father has been in your care for a few years. He has been well looked after by staff, especially by one member of staff in particular, who I can't thank enough. He has been kept clean and fed to a very high standard. He has enjoyed outings and activities in the day room. My father recently passed

Staff are always polite and helpful. Dad's dignity and privacy are always promoted. Dad is bedbound but activities are often taken to him in his room. Dad especially enjoys the visits from animals.
On Dad's recent birthday the staff decorated his room and a cake was made that could be soaked in cream
to give it a texture Dad can eat.

My husband seems quite happy most of the time. He seems to get on well with all the staff. He enjoys the food which is pureed for him as he cannot chew.
