The overall standard of care is extremely good. The staff are both friendly and caring. Cleanliness is first class. Personal care has improved greatly since my mother entered Regency with staff taking the time to adhere to her best interests.

Mum has been at Regency Manor for fifteen months now. She is well cared for. All the staff have a lovely personal relationship with her. As her Alzheimer's increases, the level of care increases too, when her demands become more frequent. I am able to do safe in-room visits and telephone calls at any time.

My experience of Regency Manor has been excellent. I can't speak highly enough about the staff and the wonderful way that my husband has been cared for during the past 2 years.

My father was admitted after a series of falls and he fractured his hip. The care he has received has been exemplary. The staff are really caring, thoughtful and look after Dad with respect and dignity, despite the problems caused by covid-19. They have always been very helpful to the family, keeping us informed and asking our opinions of what is best for Dad. Dad is now on end of life care, and visiting arrangements wearing PPE have been well thought through and most helpful.

Mum has been in this home for just a few weeks but we have been very impressed with the care home and general ambience. The staff are very friendly and respectful to Mum. They are always available and willing to answer any queries we might have.

Regency Manor has provided a wonderful support system for my grandmother and she is doing so much better now. She enjoys the activities, and the home has made efforts to help families visit/call during the difficulty lockdown period. Thank you Regency Manor.

Granddad says it is magnificent, he feels comfortable and likes the fact that he can decide to mix in or stay in his room. Staff are kind and look after him even when poorly. Granddad enjoys the food and it has a good variety. He likes having his own television in his room.

The home was clean and comfortable. Residents appear happy and well cared for.

I'm so happy with the care my husband is getting. The home is wonderful.
