Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home

Mum was well dressed and there was always attention to detail - hair, jewellery and lipstick. We were totally confident that Mum was in the best place - staff always keeping us informed too.

Sometimes I forget this is a care home and not a five star hotel!

Perfect place for my mother to be at this time in her life. All her needs and requirements are met and life is made interesting for her.

Staff are always very welcoming. The home is always clean and tidy.

The home was perfect for my mother and had been treated very well. Carers very kind and courteous. Very fitting time for my mother for the end of her life.

My mother has been a resident for approximately 5 years and she has not always been easy on the staff because of her dementia and water infections, but I always feel she has the best attention. The staff are always most polite and never seem ruffled by her abrupt behaviour, which I have often witnessed. I am always kept informed of her health and well-being and could not ask for any more.

Everything is fine. All are friendly and helpful. I'm being well looked after.

Regency Manor had friendly management and caring staff and made me very welcomed. If I had any concerns, they were always there to help and were understanding. The care my mum had was brilliant from the day mum went into Regency Manor. Mum was very happy and had a new lease of life with all the activities that they offered.

I am happy at this home. I feel I am well looked after with nothing to worry about.

Nothing is too much trouble and staff go out of their way for residents and also family and visitors.

When my father was shown each, he chose Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home and we have not been disappointed. The staff have looked after my mother and father in their final days with dignity, respect and care. Homes for the elderly are unfortunately necessary and I would recommend Regency Manor Residential & Nursing Home to anyone who wants their loved ones to have a pleasant twilight.

A bright and well-maintained care home with excellent facilities. An impressive standard of care is delivered by kindly and dedicated staff. Particular emphasis is placed on tailoring support to the individual needs of the client, enhancing their wellbeing and contentment.

All the staff smile and address my husband and I by name. They remember information about our family and show interest in their activities which helps my husband. I am welcome to visit at any time and I enjoy joining in the activities with my husband.

Grandma has been living at Regency for 2 years now. When we came to see it, whilst searching for a home, it stood out above the rest. The staff and managers are always friendly and helpful. When we visit weekly, we hear how kind and caring they are with the residents and feel so glad that Grandma is there where she is safe and looked after. In the time she has been there, I think it has only improved, the garden room is beautiful, and we can take her down there for a cup of coffee and a sit-down. The garden has been landscaped so it can be used more too. There are lots of activities on offer. The staff I have come across are all really lovely too, always ready to help or answer questions. I would definitely recommend Regency Manor.
