Since my husband has been at The Beeches he has been well looked after. The staff are welcoming and happy to help including management and all other staff. I enjoy visiting my husband and speaking to the staff who now call me by my first name which makes me feel good.

My mum came to The Beeches in November for respite care following the passing of my father. Although the beginning was difficult and emotionally challenging she has since settled in wonderfully. The staff have been incredibly empathetic and caring, making both Mom and family feel welcome and supported.

I have visited The Beeches for over two years and I would like to thank every member of staff for making me so welcome. Day in day out staff are caring, friendly, welcoming and sort out any problems. I have moved in myself recently and my room is lovely, some furniture from home to complement other furniture. Lots of love, care and TLC to me and family. Thank you stars.

I'm worried Mother isn't eating properly. I ask what have you had for lunch or dinner and the reply is they bring me something. She orders a jacket potato that doesn't exist, there are very few greens on the menu daily and one day a sausage roll and wedges but no greens. It is a lovely home but the food is very poor. I've had in-laws in care homes and the menu and food are far superior to The Beeches. Next time you have a meeting review the menus and ask would my mother eat this rubbish.

Fantastic care home. My mother went there last December. The care is superb. The food is amazing. The staff are so friendly and very understanding. They always keep in touch about Mom's health and always keep me in touch about Mom's hospital appointments. Keep up the good work. I have no worries anymore about Mom being safe in a lovely car home.

I cannot express enough how wonderful every member of The Beeches team were to my mom in her time there. In her last few weeks my mom was treated with such care, consideration and dignity and was made to feel valued. She called them all angels and they are. Thank you all so much. Would recommend to anyone thinking of moving in. It's a great home from home.

Our lovely mom is treated so well here.
It is her first time in a residential home and the staff are so lovely and caring they have made her feel so welcome. She was very vulnerable when she arrived at Christmas time but has improved so much in a matter of weeks.
She feels very safe and settled.
The staff go above and beyond. She is looked after so well.
The food is delicious and she loves the activities put on for the residents.
The rooms are so cosy and clean the gardens are lovely and the home is also very big and homely.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one don't look any further you have found it.

The majority of the staff are friendly, obliging and caring and know the residents and understand their needs well. A number of staff are long-term employees. The kitchen offers good quality food and always goes the extra mile for individual requests. The home is well cared for in terms of furnishings and is bright and welcoming.

My husband has been in the home since September 2022.
The staff are welcoming and friendly. My husband is well cared for and seems to be content. I know he is warm, fed and safe. He has had a couple of falls due to his condition and the staff have been quick to respond and called the paramedics to ensure his well-being.

The carers are all lovely, professional and very caring. They all treat my husband with love and understanding.

My mother's health has recently declined dramatically and I want to thank all of the amazing staff for the kindness and support they show, not only to Mom but to family members who visit.
Her dignity is kept intact concerning personal needs, her health needs are provided with frequent consultation with the GP.
She still has her sense of humour and laughs and jokes with the staff, who she considers friends as she has known many of them since she first went to The Beeches Residential Care Home over eighteen months ago.

I have no hesitation in recommending The Beeches for your loved one. The accommodation, cleanliness, food, activities, hairdresser, cafe and garden all combine to make this a perfect home-from-home.

My father is well looked after by all the employees at the home and he is fond of them. The home is extremely well-run. The only reason I have given four stars is because of the staffing problems when it comes to Dad having appointments at the dentist, hospital etc. We live an hour away from the home and always try to cover these appointments within the family, as we are told that the home do not have the staff to cover these outside appointments, even though we are prepared to pay. Our fear is there may be occasions when we are totally unable to make the journey due to our own age and medical conditions, which is becoming a problem at the moment.

Not enough staff on duty, mother often left in bed till lunchtime.

Management not responding to emails. Items going missing from room- glasses in a named case. TV remote missing. No towels in the bathroom, having to ask for some. Mother's mail last December was found in a drawer in the office. Finally given to us in following July. The side table missing from the room for three weeks.

Francesca LileJob Title:Home ManagerJoined: 2017

I began my career in care as an activities coordinator, discovering the joy of bringing happiness and purpose to residents.

Later, as a care assistant, I had the privilege of ensuring residents received tailored care informed by their unique histories and needs.

In my senior care roles, I embraced a person-centred approach, treating residents like extended family. I believe in truly knowing each individual, and helping them to live fulfilling lives.

Becoming a mother deepened my empathy for families, teaching me to address even small concerns with compassion and care. I always strive to view situations through the lens of how I would want my own loved ones treated.

Now, as Home Manager at The Beeches, I bring years of experience and a passion for creating a vibrant, welcoming environment where residents, their families, and staff feel valued and supported.

I am proud of Sanctuary Care’s ethos of enriching lives, and fostering a safe, nurturing home with engaging, personalised experiences that help every resident thrive.
