My Mom, since she has been at The Beeches, has become more settled and calm. Her psychotic episodes have disappeared and incontinence returned to normal. I am very pleased with her progress.

My mother is now in her third week at The Beeches and to date, we have no complaints at all. The whole stressful experience has been made easier by all staff and management and they have all done everything to make Mom welcome and secure in. Mom has a lovely room which is spotless, clean. Food good and plenty of it. Thanks to all staff.

My uncle is with you at The Beeches. He is 81 now but he is sharp as a knife.
The staff have been brilliant with my uncle's care, nothing is too much trouble. We have had some financial personal issues with my uncle's money, pension wise and one staff member in particluar we trust 100% and she has been excellent.

I would also like to say we are very impressed with your manager. Can't thank you guys enough for your caring and help. Excellent.

My father has complex problems apart from dementia recently his condition deteriorated. The staff were supportive of myself and my dad, they showed kindness and compassion and worked hard to meet all of his care needs. He was not isolated but still was part of the activities as the staff know his problems but also his likes and dislikes. The most important as being nearly blind hearing familiar voices and having staff know his love of music is important to his wellbeing. He has now improved well done to the staff.

I would like to thank the staff from The Beeches care home for their exceptional dedication. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are cared for. They keep me updated regarding any updates for mum. I have recently recommended The Beeches care home to a friend.

I am extremely happy with the care Mum receives. The staff are excellent, so warm, welcoming and caring. Mum has really settled here and she says she feels safe, that is very reassuring. She tells me how kind and caring the staff are towards her. I enjoy my visits and I do not think we could have chosen a better place for Mum to live. Thank you all.

My sister and I would just like to say a massive thank you to the Manager and all staff at The Beeches. Mom had been here for almost 3 years but unfortunately passed away 30th November aged 94. The last couple of months she had been receiving palliative care and end of life care. The staff at The Beeches are 2nd to none, they looked after Mom till the end as if she was their own mother, and nothing was too much trouble day and night. Mom was treated with dignity at all times.

We would highly recommend this home to anyone in need.

Although it was a difficult decision to move mum into a care home, I now know she is safe and well looked after.

It is a purpose-built care home with all rooms having a wet room and are fully furnished which includes a TV and bedside light. The food was delicious when we had lunch with mum on her first day as a resident. The manager and senior carers have been extremely helpful and caring and all the other staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately, there is only limited parking.

Francesca LileJob Title:Home ManagerJoined: 2017

I began my career in care as an activities coordinator, discovering the joy of bringing happiness and purpose to residents.

Later, as a care assistant, I had the privilege of ensuring residents received tailored care informed by their unique histories and needs.

In my senior care roles, I embraced a person-centred approach, treating residents like extended family. I believe in truly knowing each individual, and helping them to live fulfilling lives.

Becoming a mother deepened my empathy for families, teaching me to address even small concerns with compassion and care. I always strive to view situations through the lens of how I would want my own loved ones treated.

Now, as Home Manager at The Beeches, I bring years of experience and a passion for creating a vibrant, welcoming environment where residents, their families, and staff feel valued and supported.

I am proud of Sanctuary Care’s ethos of enriching lives, and fostering a safe, nurturing home with engaging, personalised experiences that help every resident thrive.
