My husband has lived here for two years, and I have only good things to say about his care. The staff are very caring and hard working in a very difficult job. I have no complaints at all; thank you to everyone.

I visited my wife for the last time in March in her room. Then the Coronavirus came and the care home was closed for visitors but I can inform you that the staff are competent, friendly and helpful. On Saturday 11th July I could visit my wife in the garden and that was also well organised.

Staff were always smart and tidy, very courteous and treated me with dignity and respect. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the home had a lovely warm feeling. Senior management is always approachable and friendly. Activities marked as n/a as we were on lockdown due to COVID-9 virus.

My mother has been a resident for over 2 years and views St Michael's Court as her home, and always says how blessed she is to be there, and how lovely and kind all the staff are to her. My mother settled in very quickly and her room is light and bright and overlooks the garden which she enjoys.

I have been visiting St Michael's regularly twice a week for 8 months. In all that time, I have been very impressed with all the staff and the care they give to all the residents. Everyone is very friendly and keeps you well informed.

I am over the moon with the care at St Michael's Court for my wife. The care staff on the nursing floor are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff. Five stars!!! My profession was hospitality and I can honestly say I have no negative comments at all.

My mother was in hospital for eight weeks, then became a resident at the Runwood St Michael's Court Care Home for nine weeks, during which time her health improved to a level to enable her to move in and live with me.
I found the manager approachable, helpful and guiding through the process and also
found the same high standard in the staff employed there.
The food is excellent and well presented, with music played and activities. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean with a maintenance and laundry service. My mother has been treated with dignity and it has been a comfort to know how well she has been looked after and that the family were welcome anytime to visit her and on occasions, take her out. Thanks to all at St Michael's Court.

St Michael's Court is a very friendly place. My friend was there for less than 2 weeks. It is so clean. We felt that staff should have popped in more, giving her a drink.
