Kirsty trained as a qualified nurse and within 6 years she became a Home Manager. She believes that every day is an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by making changes to the environment, putting things in place to reduce risk or even just by making someone smile and feel loved.
Kirsty is incredibly enthusiastic and loves that every day at Cotman House is different. Her passion for the role is infectious, and she tries to come up with new ways of working and new ideas on how to improve practice on a daily basis.
Outside of Cotman House, Kirsty enjoys spending time with her family and her miniature Dachshund.
It’s important to me that we offer a comfortable and homely setting that our residents are proud to call home and support them to be as active and sociable as they wish.
As the Customer Relationship Manager, Chantal brings extensive experience to support families through important care decisions. She is always available to answer questions and offers compassionate guidance and personal show rounds to help families find the best care solutions for their loved ones.
