My very good friend was looked after with care, compassion and kindness for over 5 years at Cliftonville. All the staff were amazing from the housekeepers to activity girls. When my friend came into Cliftonville she was so poorly and not expected to live but Cliftonville, along with physios, nursed her back to health and gave her an excellent quality of life, she often went on outings, took part in many activities to which we were always invited to before Covid-19 hit. Unfortunately, she passed away a few weeks before her 100th birthday due to a sudden deterioration of health due to age. My friend was always treated with dignity and constantly sang the praises of all staff. I felt I needed to shout out the good work that the staff of Cliftonville do. Above and beyond!
We remember your friend very well. She was with us for 5 years and has enjoyed...
I have been so impressed with the care given to Mum. Everyone seems so kind and helpful. Their reassurance on the phone during the pandemic was so important and helped to alleviate my worries. The carers, the pink ladies and reception have all been brilliant. I love the fact Mum gets involved in activities. I don't believe she could have ended up anywhere better.

My mother has been a resident at Cliftonville for almost four years. This has been a particularly tough period for all of the family, especially my dad. While mum's increasingly vulnerable physical and mental issues have often proved a challenge, the staff care has invariably been first class, the levels of communication excellent.

With the COVID halting the regular visits, I haven’t seen my wife as often as I would dearly want, however, since moving into Cliftonville, I have had the peace of mind that her care is 100%.
COVID has brought a distance between us, I have been stopped from seeing her due to a positive case in the home, but I am ok with that as when doors are shut she is safe, all is contained, but I long for the day to get to see her.
I’m happy she’s kept safe and cared for without a doubt and I know that ‘we’ have landed on ‘our’ feet having a place in Cliftonville Care Home. I can’t praise them enough for the care given and the peace of mind I have during this difficult time when I can’t be there with her.
Thank you so much to all the Staff, for the care you give to my wife!

My sister has been at this home for over 2 years, and she has been looked after very well. I have no complaints about her care, I can only praise the staff for the care they have shown, especially during this shutdown, it is well run, and always clean.

Initially, my grandma was only going to stay for respite to give me a chance to get back to where I needed to be to support her. We soon realised that this was going to be a more permanent move and the team have been nothing but helpful in this transition.
My grandma always tells me that if she had to be anywhere that this is the best place and she always thanks me for finding it. Other members of the family have also seen the home and visited and are blown away by the facilities and staff support. Every time I visit the other residents also seem to be happy and enjoying their stay there.
I am so happy and relieved that she is in this home and really couldn't have asked for a better place for her to be, especially during the recent pandemic!
