Pinelodge Care Home Reviews (8)

My father was in care for two years on pear tree for dementia. The personal care and the activities that they do with the patients are outstanding. A warm and friendly ward is an excellent place for dementia patients.
They were unfailingly, calm, respectful, kind, and very attentive - helping my dad feel he was amongst caring friends.
We will always be grateful.
I would like to thank the home for looking after my father for a year until he passed away in Sept 2022. He was looked after, care and the meals were good, as well as being supplied with coffee or teas throughout the day.
I just wanted to say how grateful my family and I are for the care, compassion and kindness shown to our mum in her stay at the home. The staff on the unit she was on were professional, always available, understanding and most importantly were kind and got to know our mum quickly. They went above and beyond to look after her and made us feel reassured she was in good hands. Thank you.
My father-in-law has been in there for a while and we wish to keep him there as the staff and care home are so very very good. After many months in hospital when he went backwards, he has now started to move forward for the first time due to the very high standard of care he has had there. The staff are so very very good at what they do and we have never seen so many staff in one place work so hard and try to give such a high standard of care and service. As a family, we would like to thank them all for doing such a great job. They must be the best for visits in this hard time we are in. We all wish my father-in-law could be at home but until that time he could not be in a better place, my thanks to all the staff for what they do.
The most excellent care for my mother at the end of her life. Thank you to all the staff who made the whole family feel very welcome during a tough time.
I cannot thank the staff at Pinelodge enough for their care and thoughtfulness when looking after my mother. They always kept me informed of her wellbeing and went the extra mile to ensure she felt appreciated and valued. It really did feel like a family. Very warm staff and they try to keep the same people on each floor so they build relationships with those living there. A dedicated key member of staff is given to each resident and my mums was so kind. A low turnover of staff was observed on my mother’s floor. Thank you for your care Pinelodge.
The staff at Pine Lodge were fantastic in coping with my mother during this difficult period and made her last few weeks her happiest for some time. The food was both plentiful and good quality. The staff were helpful and sympathetic. I would definitely recommend Pine Lodge to anyone looking for end of life care.
