Dad has been so happy at Claremont Court. Staff are caring, kind and respectful of all residents taking the time to get to know them and it feels like one big, happy family. Dad is supported to join in activities when he wants to, allowed to make his own choices about those he doesn't and clearly loves the staff - they get a bigger smile than I do! They know his interests and preferences and support these. The staff have also been so kind and supportive of us, his family. I could not have asked for a better home for dad.

Claremont Court is truly outstanding. We couldn't wish for our relative to be anywhere else. The staff are so very kind and we have complete peace of mind.
The staff are friendly and approachable. Importantly they treat the residents with great care and love. There is always something happening. They have lots of people in to entertain such as singing, dancing, animals visiting and so much more... plus lots of outings.

We would highly recommend Claremont Court to anyone considering a dementia care home.

The carers treat the residents with great respect and kindness at all times, the atmosphere is friendly. It seems to me that great care is taken to make residents' lives as fulfilled and meaningful as possible even though many suffer from difficult symptoms of advanced dementia. I love the way carers smile, wave and say hello to my mother by name as she endlessly walks up and down the corridors. She responds positively and tells me often that she doesn't know who tbe people are that walk up and down but that they are friendly and kind to her. I doubt I could easily find another home where my mother's difficult needs could be so well met.

My father has improved so much since he has been at Claremont court. He is socialising , getting involved in activities and walking alot more. None of which was happening before he moved there. He seems to be so settled and happy and everytime I visit he says how well the staff look after him. I find the staff team very friendly and helpful. Well done to the Claremont court team.

I could not be happier with the team at Claremont Court, my experience with them and my dad's ongoing experience there. Dementia is an extremely difficult and nuanced disease to provide care needs for, and requires an almost limitless well of positivity, patience and perseverance, something that every member of staff at Claremont Court display on a daily basis. It has an excellent management team, a superb and highly professional nursing team that provides regular updates and support, fantastic support team including two staff members in particular who feel like an extension of the care team, the vivacious activities coordinator who is constantly organising fun things for the residents, and each and every carer in the whole team contributes to the positive atmosphere and excellent functioning of the home. Every single person in the home deserves a shout out for their contribution on a daily basis and I know dad would be extremely thankful to each and every one of them.

My husband has been in Claremont Court since the end of January this year, and to start with, having been a very vibrant and active person, was quite a challenging resident for the first couple of months. However, Claremont handled it all very sympathetically, and sensibly and he is now happy and settled.
Claremont organise a whole range of activities, outings, and entertainments to stimulate the residents, and is so lucky to have brilliant and caring staff at all levels. Dementia has to be one of the most challenging

types of behaviour to deal with, and Claremont Court certainly rises to the challenge.

My husband has been and still is receiving excellent care at Claremont Court. The Carers and staff are very patient and show empathy to both my husband and myself. There is always a relaxed atmosphere when I visit and the abundance of activities arranged for the Residence are very imaginative and fun. They have a great Chef who makes lovely meals and amazing cakes. I have peace of mind that my husband receives the care that he deserves and needs and thank my lucky stars every day that he is looked after so very well.

The most wonderful and caring home for residents with dementia. The staff are so genuine including all the management staff.
I moved my Mum from another care home to Claremont as they were unable to meet her needs with dementia and Claremont was just amazing through the whole process. I cannot fault them in any way! The facilities are spotlessly clean and all the residents are very well cared for and happy in there. Most importantly they have love and comfort around them. The manager and her team are the best you could possibly wish for! I am so very happy to have found this fabulous home for my Mum as it is such a difficult disease to deal with not only for the person affected but for the family members too in so many ways.
If you're looking for a care home for your loved one with dementia then look no further!

I can't speak highly enough of everything about Claremont.

Our lovely mum has been a resident at Claremont for almost a year now. The staff are just incredible, showing warmth and compassion to the residents and families alike. Despite Mum having low mobility and not being able to speak so well since a minor stroke recently, her happy demeanor lets us know that she feels safe and cared for. We really appreciate how the care assistants show her respect and dignity during personal care, where she can be difficult. We are also kept regularly informed of any issues/changes. The staff take the time to get to know the residents and what they like, so it's lovely to see Mum always involved in the singing and dancing activities going on, as she enjoys these immensely. We often come in to find her dancing in her chair in the lounge! As a family, we couldn't have asked for more, and we rest easy knowing she's in the best hands.

I was so worried about putting my mum in a care home but Claremont Court have completely changed my mind. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, it’s always very clean and the residents are extremely well looked after. There are plenty of activities for all to enjoy and there is always a sense of order about the place. I am pleasantly surprised and happy that we chose this place for her.

The only negative I have is that it would be nice if there were facilities for refreshments for visitors.

Thanks so much for your lovely review, we're so pleased to read you're happy that you chose Claremont Court to care for your mum. Regarding refreshments facilities for visitors, we're excited to confirm we'll soon be opening a coffee bar for relatives and residents. In the meantime, you are of course still welcome to get a drink in one of our kitchenettes which are located on each floor.

I couldn't recommend Claremont Court Care Home more highly. The care my mum has received over the last 8 months has been exceptional. The whole team make every effort to get to know each resident to ensure they provide a personalised service and caring environment. It is a cross-functional team effort, from the cleaners and laundry team, the estates team, and catering to the care team. Everybody is involved, and their commitment and care creates a welcoming, warm and friendly care home to visit. My mum has been thriving. There is a schedule of non-stop activities to engage and stimulate the residents, the lifestyle team do a fabulous job. Always so much going on!

My mum is happy, safe and extremely well looked after. Dealing with dementia has its challenges and I couldn't have more admiration for all those involved in her care.

Claremont Court is an outstanding nursing home in every way. All the staff are extremely caring, friendly and have a genuine interest in every resident staying there. There are daily events, so the residents are kept stimulated, and a number of visits to local attractions weekly. Also, singers and entertainment on a weekly basis. The food is excellent and nutritious. I know my mother-in-law is extremely happy at Claremont Court and we couldn't ask for more than that. I would definitely recommend.

Claremont continue to give my wife the care and support she needs and she is clearly happy there and with the the staff. She uses few facilities available and I do not know if they fully cover her special needs, this is also true of visits, the only one experienced she seemed to enjoy greatly. The staff are kind and friendly and my wife's attitude to them confirms the quality of their care. I cannot comment on food and drink. The fact that my wife enjoys the food we bring in probably means she is really enjoying food and not that she is hungry from lack of feeding! I feel she is as safe as she can be, but I fully recognise the importance in her having independence when, due to her physical and mental state, this may increase her risk of accident. The rooms are adequate and are kept clean and tidy. A little more attention could be given to maintenance, particularly regarding the sliding rails to carry her poster boards. I believe the management is the real strength of Claremont.

My husband and I visited many care facilities in and around Surrey but Claremont Court Care Home was always the one that we felt most suitable. The facilities/location and most importantly for us the activities were best suited. We liked you could visit when you wanted and there were always activities and people around. Mother-in-law is very happy, tells us stories of her trips out and the staff are so friendly and caring. Since making the very difficult decision to move mother-in-law to Claremont Court having been caring for her ourselves for 3 years has allowed us to be her family again and not her carers. It means we can visit and have quality time together, which was not possible when living with us. Whenever we pop in there is always something going on, arts/crafts/singers and there are even two beautiful cats who give love too. Thank you for taking good care of our loved Mother in law/Mum/Nan/Sister and giving her a good quality of life.

My mother has severe dementia and has been at Claremont Court for a number of years. Throughout that time the management and staff have provided a safe, warm and caring environment to make her life as good as it can be. My review of Claremont Care Home is very favourable. The team respect the resident's wishes and the hygiene care is very good. All the staff are willing to attend to all the different needs that the residents have and have an understanding of the different types of dementia. My cousin likes getting the Daily Sparkle newspaper every day - it keeps her in touch with the date and jogs her memory of past times. There are a lot of activities - for those who wish to partake in - but nothing is forced. A monthly small spiritual service is good for those who like to go. Kindness all around seems to be paramount. Thank you.
