What a lovely visit I had this week. The manager and her team were so friendly and approachable. They could not have been more welcoming. Such a happy atmosphere. The time and advice given by members of staff during my visit is very much appreciated.

My mother has been a resident at Elm Bank for 3 years. She is well cared for and very much likes the staff members. She is treated with care and consideration.
She enjoys the food and eats well.

She very much enjoyed the chicks that hatched at the home recently.

Our mum has been at Elm Bank for almost 6 years. She has always been cared for with empathy and compassion from all the staff on the second floor. They always keep us updated on any changes and are there when needed. The carers and their clinical lead and carer lead keep residents very happy and content. They go beyond the call of duty. The facilities are good and clean.

My mother-in-law (now aged 93) has been a resident at Elm Bank since April 2021. Throughout the whole of this time, my husband and I have always been extremely pleased with our choice of Care Home in the Kettering area. The staff are always very pleasant to both my mother-in-law, and us, and her needs are consistently and efficiently met. Where there has been an occasional 'emergency' (a fall or illness) we have always been contacted promptly. The rooms at Elm Bank are all attractive and well maintained and my mother-in-law is regularly encouraged to take part in activities.

Dad had a good Christmas at Elm Bank and settled into the New Year. We have attended family meetings and all heads of departments were in attendance and answered relevant questions satisfactorily. The current home manager is introducing more measures to include residents e.g. residents of the day and we are receiving emails detailing weekly events and activities for residents and their families. We feel more positive about the future of the home and hope the home manager continues in this positive way.

I was warmly welcomed as always, by the receptionist who was helpful in reminding me to sign in and sign out. The reception area had a welcoming ambience and everyone (staff and residents) were friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was clean and homely and the lift was quiet and comfortable. The accommodation was beautifully maintained and for extra safety there were two alarm mats in case the resident falls. The carer serving drinks went the extra mile in pouring coffee and fresh water for us. Thank you!
