Since our family member moved into Brinnington Hall, they have been extremely happy. They settled very quickly and started putting on weight by enjoying the food. Plenty to talk about on visits, as there's so much entertainment. The rooms, everywhere are so clean, and even the laundry is five-star. Every member of staff, from carers to cooks and maintenance, everyone is extremely caring and welcoming. Our family member stated it's like a star hotel! One of the best homes I've ever been to.
Thank you for such a glowing review! We are very proud of our home and team, and whilst the comparison to a hotel is definitely something we’ve heard before and never get bored of hearing, it means even more to us that your family member feels so settled and is thriving since joining us. You are all part of the Brinnington Hall family now!
My husband was in Brinnington Hall for 2 and a half years and not once did I have any concerns. They are a fabulous team and treated my husband like a family member. The care he received was second to none. He recently died and the care and compassion we received was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. They are just fantastic. Can't thank the team enough!

Fantastic care provided so far. Staff very knowledgeable, staff extremely friendly. Staff go above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. Settled in very well and made to feel welcome and part of the family from the very first phone call. Extremely satisfied with Brinnington Hall.

Have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Mum has settled in really well here. She has been very well looked after and has everything she needs. There are always lots of activities for the residents if and when they wish to take part! I don't think they could do much more to make her stay any more comfortable.

Exceptional care. My dad has always been treated with love and respect - and as an individual with his own quirks and foibles. And the staff have always been supportive of my concerns as a daughter.
Thank you so much for reviewing our home. We appreciate your kind words and will make sure your comments are passed on to the whole staff team.
Wow! What a place. Mum's Alzheimer's over the last 12 months has become more advanced and as a family, we made the difficult decision, that to ensure her safety, a care home was the only solution. We, like any family, were obviously anxious and felt guilty that we had to make such a life-changing decision for Mum, especially with covid about, however, what a difference the first four weeks of her stay has made to Mum - she is a totally different person and we can't wait to be able to visit her in her new home, which is 100% covid secure. All the staff have been out of this world, so caring and thoughtful, it really has comforted us as a family at this difficult time. Would I recommend Brinnington Care Home? Absolutely right I would! Absolutely outstanding.

My wife, who had suffered from dementia since 2016, reached the point in early 2020 when she needed professional care and attention 24 hours a day. My son and I looked around a number of care homes in the Stockport area and we were both very impressed with Brinnington Hall in terms of the quality and ambience of the building, the range of facilities and activities being offered and most importantly the caring nature that was portrayed by the staff. My wife became a resident there in June 2020. In the 8 months she was there, she received an outstanding level of care and attention from all involved at the home and I have nothing but the utmost admiration for the way that the management and staff delivered an outstanding service.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so pleased to hear that your wife's move was a positive experience for you all. We are very proud of our staff team, many of whom have been with us since our home opened, and we see lots of examples of them going above and beyond for their residents. Thank you again for the kind words which I shall be sure to pass on.
Very impressed with the activities that are on offer to the residents long may it continue.

My mum has been living here since August 2020, Brinnington Hall is excellent. The staff are fantastic with my mum, The staff always ring me up with updates as I’m not allowed in at moment because of Covid. Overall I could not have wished for a better home for my mum to live in, taken a lot of mum's things in I.E. ornaments, pictures, photos. The staff have made my mum's room really homely. There are always activities going on which I see through the home's Facebook page. This is fantastic for keeping the mind active. The home makes all the meals fresh every day. Overall very very satisfied with the care at this fantastic home. Well done to all involved.
Thank you for your review of Brinnington Hall. We pride ourselves on creating a community within our homes with an abundance of social activities, and I am so pleased to hear that this is what you have found at Brinnington Hall. The staff team will be delighted to hear your positive feedback which I shall be sure to pass on.
We are very happy with the care that has been given to him since he has been at Brinnington Hall. He moved to the hall during the lockdown, so we were unable to actually visit beforehand. But the staff arranged a video tour and were available to answer any questions. Due to the Covid restrictions, we have not been able to visit properly, but the staff have been very good at informing us of any changes and doing video calls with him, so the grandkids can see him. With all the uncertainty this year, lockdowns and changing rules, the staff have had a lot to deal with, but have always been very positive and given great care to the residents. Thank you.
We are very grateful for this review and would like to say thank you for taking the time to post this for us to see! We are so pleased to hear your loved one has settled into their new home well. We pride ourselves in making a real difference to the lives of our residents and creating a great place...
A very pleasant place to visit. Residents are treated with respect and occasional hugs.
Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. Our team consider their residents to be family and often making long-lasting friendships.
After inspecting many other care homes and viewing your home it was far and away the best by a mile in the area. Form the front door you are welcomed. Fabulous staff, professional and caring. Lovely environment and excellent choice of food. A top-rate establishment. But remember, the superb staff make it what it is. Fabulous. Many thanks.

As a visitor, I found the place always welcoming, clean, well run and the staff were lovely, helpful and above all cheerful. My mother was safe and in good hands, she loved the sing songs and animal visitors.
After her Death, the staff couldn't have been more considerate and kind, which made a difficult time much easier.
I passed the home the other day and regretted wistfully that I had no reason to visit anymore. Thank you all.
Thank you so much for your review of Brinnington Hall. We really appreciate you taking the time to write such lovely words at what must be a difficult time for you and your family. We are so pleased to hear that your mum was happy at Brinnington Hall and would like to ensure you and your family...
My father seems very settled and has no complaints about the facility, he has been here over 12 months and I have seen nothing which has caused me concern.
Thank you for your review of Brinnington Hall. Feedback is extremely important to us and we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
My Mum has been living here since last December and I cannot fault the home or the staff. I was reluctant to move her into a home but it was the best thing I could have done. She is safe and happy and the staff are wonderful. At home, she just sat doing nothing all day unless the friends called round. Here she has lots of company - residents/staff/visitors and great activities every day including really good entertainment. I know she is well cared for and you only have to look at her to see that she is happy.
Thank you so much for your lovely review about our home and the Brinnington Hall team. We are so pleased to hear how well your mother has settled at Brinnington Hall and that she is enjoying the daily activities and entertainment. The staff team will be delighted to hear your kind words which I shall be sure to pass along.
