The home is friendly, clean, comfortable and secure. My father is clearly better in their more than capabile and expereinced hands. Very reasuring in such a traumatic time.
Thank you for you positive comments, we are pleased that you are reassured that your father is in capable hands with staff in the home, and it is a friendly., clean and comfortable environment for him. We will ensure this is passed on to the team
My husband has been in the caring hands of Alexandra View Care Home for nearly 12 years. This is an efficient, caring and welcoming home. All staff under the guidance of the present manager are simply the best. It is not good to single out staff I know, but the catering, reception and entertainment staff make it a home. It is teamwork, and all staff, nursing staff, are highly efficient and very patient, caring and understanding. It works because all staff care for the residents and deserve medals.
My aunty was a resident here for a while and she loved it, very friendly, staff were great with her and the family, nothing was ever too much bother. I would highly recommend his service.
My husband's grandfather was in Alexander View for several weeks following discharge from hospital. He was well looked after during his time there and I can not fault the nursing team and care staff. The home manager was friendly, and her door was always open if we had any concerns. Any issues we had were always dealt with quickly.
Outstanding staff and level of care.
Excellent service.
My sister has been a resident in Alexandra View for a number of years. She is well cared for by all staff members, who are pleasant and helpful at all times. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is excellent with a varied menu. There is an activities organiser who engages all residents in the planned activities.
We are very happy with mam's care. She has now been in the home for over three and a half years. She has been well looked after and cared for. We feel that all the staff care for mam as an individual. We are informed at all times of any problems, which have not been many in fact. The food she is offered is very good and mam seems to enjoy it. We are very pleased mam came here.
My husband had a medical emergency, and all the staff looked after him very well. After a small stay in the hospital, he was glad to be back to the home and all the friendly staff as he feels at home in there now, and well cared for.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review and we will pass your kind comments onto the care team who support your husband

Very good care, staff are very helpful. Excellent service. Meal times are very good. If I don't like the meals, I get an alternative. If I don't want a shower, all I have to do is ask. Medication always on time.
I have no complaints at all. One of the best care I have ever seen. The staff are really friendly and cooperative. The food is excellent and the home is extremely clean. The manger is caring and considerate.
