Alexandra View is a 62 bedded home organised over three floors. This purpose-built home accommodates service users with general residential and nursing and Dementia residential and nursing needs on a permanent, short stay or respite basis.

My dear wife spent six years in this home with vascular dementia. During that time I visited her every day and was deemed an essential carer. I found all the staff to be kind, considerate and helpful. Management of such a large home can be extremely difficult but I found the current manager to be most
helpful at all times.

I have stayed here for 2 weeks and can say that I have been treated extremely well. I have enjoyed the company of all the staff and residents. I have been well fed and cared for. I am going home a lot fitter and stronger than when I arrived. Thank you to all the staff for helping in my recovery. Happy

Care was exceptional. Staff extremely helpful, friendly, and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Meals very good with good selection. Plenty of refreshments and snacks during the day.

The staff, home, and facilities are second to none. My mother was placed here temporarily to recover from an operation. The manager was very welcoming and understood my concerns for my mother. She was reassuring and caring, not just to my mam but to me also. All the staff were amazing. They were caring,
helpful, professional, treat every resident with respect and dignity, and always with a smile. We are so grateful.
