My father was accepted into this fantastic establishment when other care homes refused him access to their 5-star facilities on the grounds that they could not meet his needs. However, the superb staff here were up for the challenge with my father. All my father needed was a warm, friendly, safe place
to live as he could no longer live at his own home with his Dementia problems. The staff welcomed him with open arms and from day one I noticed a change in my father's condition, he was more relaxed in his new home. The staff looked after him really really good, as if they were looking after their own parents, which put me at ease. The food was very good, homemade on the premises and proper home cooking which my father enjoyed. I was made to feel like I was one of the family and was always addressed by my first name. This is not a 5-star rated care home. The staff are the stars of this care home, 5-star plus. Thank you all.

When I arrived, I was terrified and confused and felt so alone. Staff and residents have welcomed me and am improving slowly. I still get paranoid and upset a lot, haunted by my memories. I enjoy my food here, always as it should be.

My relative has been in the home since summer 2022. She seems settled, and her needs are met. The staff respect her routine that she has had for a few years. She seems happy with this and over that time, has got to know the staff well, and the staff seem to know her personality and that she's very much

My stay has been first-class.
Carers are very good, helpful and polite. Nothing is a trouble to them.
Food is first rate, and took my condition into consideration was first class. Accommodation is first class, clean and comfortable.

I have been a resident in Alexandra View Care Home since December 2022 and all I can say is that I am so lucky to have found this home, as the management and staff are just wonderful. The treatment I get is just above and beyond what you would expect, the staff and management do the best they can for
you, they really can't do enough for me and the other residents. I am just so happy here. I truly am blessed to be here. I would just like to say a great big thank you to all the management and staff for all your help and kindness. Thank you for making me happy.

When my uncle resided here at Alexandra View, myself and my family could not fault this place, the staff and management always went above and beyond for my uncle. The food was absolutely beautiful and even the kitchen staff would come out and make sure his food was ok and always service with a smile.
