I have been so well cared for in Alexandra View. Both management and staff are very approachable, warm and caring. All staff show empathy and treat all residents with dignity. I would recommend Alexandra View to friends and family. I will miss so many including staff and residents.

When I arrived, I was terrified and confused and felt so alone. Staff and residents have welcomed me and am improving slowly. I still get paranoid and upset a lot, haunted by my memories. I enjoy my food here, always as it should be.

My relative has been in the home since summer 2022. She seems settled, and her needs are met. The staff respect her routine that she has had for a few years. She seems happy with this and over that time, has got to know the staff well, and the staff seem to know her personality and that she's very much

Carers are very good, helpful and polite. Nothing is a trouble to them.

I have been a resident in Alexandra View Care Home since December 2022 and all I can say is that I am so lucky to have found this home, as the management and staff are just wonderful. The treatment I get is just above and beyond what you would expect, the staff and management do the best they can for
you, they really can't do enough for me and the other residents. I am just so happy here. I truly am blessed to be here. I would just like to say a great big thank you to all the management and staff for all your help and kindness. Thank you for making me happy.

When my uncle resided here at Alexandra View, myself and my family could not fault this place, the staff and management always went above and beyond for my uncle. The food was absolutely beautiful and even the kitchen staff would come out and make sure his food was ok and always service with a smile.

My mum was given the best care and although she was only there 2 weeks, in her last days days was looked after with such care. We were helped by the staff who explained everything to us when doctors and nurses had to visit. The entire staff were caring and approachable and treated my mum with dignity
and respect and care.
