As a family we were faced with some devastating news and had to make the decision to put my dear mum into respite care. I didn't know where to start so I rang Newstone House at 11 am and by 4pm the same day my mum was settled into her new room. The welcome she was given was over whelming, she has been there 5 weeks now and says she is staying forever so that's the plan. I cannot praise the staff enough. Each and everyone of them are so special nothing is too much trouble, they go over and above any expectations, they all work so hard and keep smiling. I thank them all from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent home, if it was located near the coast and had sea views then I would book myself in when the time came for me to have care! I have no complaints and keep up the good work! p.s. you do need a new coffee machine as it keeps breaking down!

Reply from Laura Rolph, Assistant Marketing Manager at Newstone House

Thank you for your review - the coffee machine has been checked and is now in full working order.

All staff extremely friendly and caring, food is super and portioned appropriately. Always a choice. In my view our choice is good and exceeds expectations.
