Acorn Care Home Reviews (1)
Over all time Acorn Care Home has 1 review.
My brother has been a resident at Acorn Care Home since September 2021 and the staff have worked wonders with him. He has a form of dementia (no/very little short term memory) and gets frustrated when he can't remember where he is or why he is there etc. The staff are always kind, caring, respectful and supportive. Over the time my brother has been there, the staff have built up a wonderful relationship with him. He feels safe and I also know that he is being very well looked after. It is not easy when you are faced with having to decide which care home to place a loved one into and I am so glad I chose Acorn.

- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.

- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
