Thank you to everyone at Millbrook for making Dad feel so happy and well cared for.

Mum has been a resident at Millbrook for 16 months. I have always found the care to be professional but also kind and warm. This month, mum became very unwell very quickly. The staff responded in a decisive and timely way. She was admitted to hospital with sepsis, and if it were, not for their action I am sure the outcome would have been very different.

Staff are very approachable and easy to talk to. Clean and welcoming environment. A thorough assessment of mum carried out. A thorough list of requirements is set out. Staff listen to my suggestions. Staff listen to my suggestions. Staff deal with residents in a friendly/patient manner.

My experience here has been 100% positive. From the moment I was met at the door I was made to feel welcome by all the staff who were friendly and efficient. The activities in the lounge were very pleasant and helped the day pass pleasantly and entertaining.

my grandma is a current resident at Millbrook carehome and the whole family couldn't be happier with the care which is given to my grandma, staff are so fri3ndly but professional, every need she has is met to a high standard, medication is given like clockwork always on time no fuss. food is fantastic top quality produce is used and there's as much or little as u like. There are activities nearly everyday if you want to take part which is encouraged but not forced, they also have an on site salon. We can visit whenever we want and are always welcomed with friendly staff , just can't rate this place enough THANK YOU for all you do its forever appreciated!!!!!!!

My mum was a permanent resident at Millbrook Care home in Stalybridge which I had recommended to me. We were more than happy with the care that my mum (Kathleen) received from Claire, Cathy, + all the team. The care home had been my mums home for 4+ years and has a very welcome feel, rather than clinical. Claire held relatives meeting where she would listen to what we had to say + improve wherever possible. Thank you again to all at Millbrook care home for all that you did for my mum. We will always be forever grateful.

Professional, kind and friendly place.

Very friendly and cheerful place to visit happy with the care and attention shown to my sister.

On the whole she has been well looked after, the food is good and varied, though a little more fresh fruit could be available and the accommodation is very good. Maybe a bit too warm in the room at times.

Overall I believe the care provided by the staff us of an excellent quality. My only reservation to give an overall score of excellent was down to the fact that I feel the decor looks tired and is in urgent need of upgrade.

Very pleased with the care my father has received during his tie at Millbrook Care Centre. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. My father has settled very well.

Millbrook Care home is an excellent facility where the staff are all friendly and helpful and I feel my mum is being looked after really really well. Given Mum's lack of mobility combined with early onset dementia she is safe and sound and I am 100% happy with the care and service that Mum receives from the home and all the staff in it. The manager Claire has an open door policy and she along with all the staff are always willing to answer any queries or concerns about Mum and her day-to-day care needs.

I have been satisfied on each visit. Some staff acknowledge you others don't, particularly at weekend. The office staff, domestic, laundry staff re really kind and friendly and make e feel welcoming

My mum has been treated with dignity, respect and kindness whilst having respite at Millbrook. It's a lovely clean care home and does not have a clinical feel. Most importantly my mum has felt very safe and happy here.

The staff at Millbrook have not only helped my aunt at a difficult time, but also myself. I feel they have gone above and beyond our expectations and have adapted brilliantly to my aunt's specific requests. As a relative I feel confident that she is looked after and kept safe which I cannot thank the staff enough for.

I wanted to let you know that I have been totally impressed with the professionalism, dedication and friendliness of all the staff that work there and care for dad and the other residents.

At the time my grandma was there, she was happy and well looked after. My grandma would always tell me how wonderful the staff were. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they always did their best for her, keeping us informed with her care. I would highly recommend Millbrook Care Home!
