Excellent staff. Always friendly and attentive. Happy to answer questions and queries. Open and honest in approach to Mum. The only downside is it frequently smells of faeces on unit Daffodil.

I have nothing but positive remarks for staff and the home itself. I have noticed a huge difference in my dad, an improvement beyond what I could have hoped for. My experience of care homes was very poor until my dad's move here. I can't rate the home enough, I know he is taken good care of and I no longer lie awake at night worrying about him.

My dad has been at the home for over a year. He had to move due to the old home being unable to look after him as he became aggressive. The staff are unbelievable, no matter the situation they are always smiling and caring and going out of their way to help.
