My Grandma had a recent stay at Alma Court, all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help her. As a family, we appreciate how hard it can be supporting people with dementia, but the staff do a fantastic job. Thank you to all of the staff.

My husband has been in Alma Court Dementia Care Home for two and a half years, his needs have intensified and he has been very poorly. I could not have received better care for him, everyone from the cleaners to the manager pop into my husband's room, no matter when, to speak to him and the carers are
exceptional. All his needs are met, not just that but it's the kindness that he receives and everyone also supports myself and family. Words cannot express how happy my family and I are with regards to how my husband is being cared for. Thank you to Alma Court.

When I visit my gran at Alma Court I always find the reception and care staff to be helpful and welcoming. My gran's bedroom is homely and has her pictures and photos displayed nicely. The staff know and understand my gran well and are always kind and respectful in their approach and manner. Thank you

Dad always appears happy and well cared for when we visit. Always snacking on his favourite biscuits. The most recent visit the room didn't appear to be particularly clean with dried crusts on the floor. Staff always pleasant and polite.

My mother has been treated with kindness and dignity at what is a difficult time for everyone.
Now that she is in the latter stages of dementia she needs more care and loving. That she seems to be getting.
It is obvious how much time to work the staff have to put it for what must be such a difficult
job.

My wife has now been a resident at Alma Court for over two years. She has received very good care in that time. The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly, not only to my wife but to me too.
I do think that my wife diet could be made a little more amenable.

This is not a care home, they do not care. My father has been in here as a dementia patient for circa six weeks and within that time, I have a list of complaints far too long from basic hygiene to comfort. I don't have enough time to write down the complaints that as a family we have witnessed. I can't
believe that I've even had to give this place 1 star so that I can post this. Avoid if you have a choice!!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Everywhere is very clean and fresh, very modern. The staff are caring and have said there are people to talk to if I need help. They are all kind to my father. The food is very good, which he really enjoys. The bedroom is big, clean and light. I would highly recommend it
to anyone. A super modern facility.

We are very pleased with the care my husband is receiving. The staff are kind and caring. We are always made welcome by the staff. Both of us feel it's the right place for my husband's condition. The room for him is bright with plenty of staff. We are most impressed, the support we get is important

My husband has been in care since July 2017 up to January 2017 he went for respite in 3 different home none good for him on January 30th, he moved to Alma Court and he has settled well all with proper nurses and carers. I sleep at night and visit every day and he is content too.

I Joined the Alma Court Family in 2015 and have over 24 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
I first joined Alma Court as a Registered Nurse and have progressed within the company, proudly becoming the registered manager in 2020.


I would describe myself as someone who is kind and caring, who is hard working and has a positive attitude. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, and watching movies and have recently started jogging.
I am proud of my career and the positive difference I have made in the lives of others and I look forward to welcoming you to our home.
