Although my Mother was in Hatfield House for only a short time, I cannot praise too highly the treatment she received, and especially the loving care and attention during her final days. At all times she was treated with love dignity and respect. Many thanks to all the staff from the family.

All the caring staff have treated her with courtesy, kindness and efficiency at all times. I am lost in admiration at the cheerfulness with which they tackle the many challenges which arise in dealing with people who are experiencing a wide range of difficulties. It is a great comfort to me to know that my wife is in such good hands.

My mother has now been a resident in Hayfield House for two years and having had previous experience with other residential homes, my sister and I have been very satisfied with the care she receives there on the whole. We are always greeted by staff in a very friendly manner and we feel we are able to discuss and issues we have with them. My mother , her room and the home in general is kept clean and is a pleasant atmosphere occasionally lack of staff has been a concern as the lack of activities.
