Admiral Court and the staff here have been wonderful to mum and us. It's the hardest thing to put someone you love into care, but they took the time to help mum settle and a year later she is happy, as are we.

Staff are very friendly and caring. Always noticeable in the coffee lounge how caring the staff are to the residents they are looking after. Delicious cakes and beverages homemade as well!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Residents appear happy and well cared for. The accommodation is clean and well presented. Rooms, individual, very homely and I feel my friend is comfortable and at ease there. Excellent cafe with delicious cakes and a super coffee machine.

I have found Admiral Court to be a happy and caring home, my friend has stayed in several care homes for respite over the years, but none compare to this one. The staff are caring and often go above the call of duty and nothing is too much trouble. They have regular entertainment and the residents often enjoy a dance and sing song. Admiral Court is also very supportive and welcoming to anybody who comes to visit. There is always a plentiful supply of hot and cold drinks and homemade cakes and biscuits in the coffee lounge, with hairdresser, chiropodist, physio etc all available. This is a care home I would have no hesitation recommending.
My mother was at Admiral Court for three and a half years. She was so well cared for until sadly she passed away. It was so sad seeing her bedridden.

Particularly over the last few months, as her dementia and health worsened, the staff love and care for her, and the positive atmosphere whenever brother, sister or I visited made a difficult time more bearable. I have visited my elderly aunt here during the past few months. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful and aunty is well looked after. Despite being 100 years old she does not suffer from dementia and, the only downside of being at Admiral Court is that there are not many residents with whom she can have meaningful conversations. Therefore, she is very dependent on visitors for a 'chat'. Aunty has always enjoyed her food and continues to do so at Admiral Court.

Always find everyone happy and helpful (staff). Residents always very clean, plenty going on to keep residents busy. Food is good, our friend enjoys our company she is always involved in the activities. They have good shows on at times which we have stayed to watch.

Care home is the best we have experienced in Kent or Essex. It is bright pleasant surroundings. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. We particularly like the coffee lounge and that residents and visitors are able to mix and converse together. Staff are welcoming and friendly and patient.

I joined Hallmark after being inspired by its focus on living well with dementia — and I’ve never looked back. Every day is different, filled with teamwork, energy, and purpose. I love supporting others to grow, creating a happy and safe home for residents and staff alike. Outside work, I enjoy time with my family, travelling, swimming, and relaxing with a good film and a glass of wine.

I always wanted to make a positive difference in someone’s life, even if just a little, being a Customer Relationship Manager helps me do this every day. Taking a little of the emotional burden they are feeling away, but most of all letting them know they are not alone and I am here to walk that journey with them, side by side.
