When my mother came to Woodchurch House in April 2016, she was extremely frail, doubly incontinent, unable to initiate any conversation whatsoever and sadly seemed on a downward spiral of depression. In eight months, there has been a great improvement in both her mental and physical health, this is...
Everybody, in fact, has shown patience and kindness to our mother. Her personal care is exemplary, her social interaction has improved thanks to the effort made by the social coordinator and the carers do their utmost to engage her. There is always a cheerful smile on her face when they come into her room. Every small improvement seems to be celebrated by everyone involved.
