My son has lived at Crosskeys for 13 years, he is extremely happy. Crosskeys is a lovely place, they feed them well and get lots of attention. The staff are brilliant, all of them, they pick me up from home to visit my son and they and take me out for dinner with him, they help me maintain contact. I am so happy we found them, they have made a huge difference to our lives.

Visited my brother a couple of days ago - he was very happy - as always - and smart, clean and healthy. The staff at Cross Keys Care Home in Cornwall are both professional and welcoming. I can, and do, call anytime. My brother is so settled and relaxed living here and happy and this is so reassuring for me.

Their care and support have allowed my brother - who has Down's syndrome - to be independent as his condition allows.

My sister was able to secure a placement at this wonderful caring home earlier this year. Since then her whole outlook on life has drastically changed. She smiles, looked really cared for in a loving caring home-style environment.

All the staff are so kind and thoughtful and care for her in a loving, caring and compassionate way.

I am so happy that my daughter is there. I never ever thought I would let her leave me but after being ill myself, I asked if they would find her a home to go to and a place was found at Cross Keys. Everyone is so lovely and kind and most of all my daughter is so happy there. She really does love it and has a lovely room. Everything is First Class and a Mum is very happy she is settled in lovely.
