The staff have always been very kind and treated me with dignity throughout my stay. The food is always lovely and there is a good choice to choose from. I would recommend the links to any of my friends and family who may need to receive care and support in the future.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear about your positive experience and that you would recommend The Links to your loved ones. We appreciate your comments of the home and will share these with the home's manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
Care is always personal - I am involved in all decisions - and I feel he could not be looked after any better. It is always really hard to take the decision to place someone in care but the fact that I can walk in at any time helps.
I cannot see how he could be looked after any better.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that your husband is being looked after well and that you are feeling involved with the process. We appreciate your positive comments on the home and will share them with the home's manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
It transpires there was a problem with the mattress and it had to be changed the following day.
Overall, however, I had a very positive, welcoming stay and would highly recommend The Links.
Thank you for your review. Your comments are extremely important to us and we are pleased to hear that overall, your experience was positive. We are disappointed to hear about the incident with your bed and thank you for bringing it to our attention. We will discuss your feedback with the home's manager to help them continually improve their service. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
The nursing staff are excellent and constantly re-assess his needs. There is a daily handover to staff on residents which ensures all his needs are met. I cannot praise the staff enough and feel we couldn't ask them to do more.
Thank you for your kinds words and I'm pleased that you have had a positive experience with our home.
It was a huge decision to put mum into residential care. It took a year to find The Links. That was back in 2015. Now my mum calls The links her home and she is very fond of the team that takes care of her needs. I have found over the past year that the staff are compassionate, caring and have a loving bond with my mum, making her feel safe and happy.
Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear about your positive experience and pleased about the compassionate bond the home staff have created with your mother.
Staff very friendly and capable. Do not seem to mind what they do for residents. Could always do with more staff as some residents seem a little lonely and could possibly fair better with some company to keep their brain stimulated.

Mum is doing well in the care of the Links Broadstone. The food is very good and mum has put on weight which we are pleased about. It's always lovely and warm. The staff are very kind, she is always clean. Her eyesight is very poor but they always make sure her clothes match and that she has her lipstick and perfume is on which she loves. We always get a warm welcome when we arrive from office staff, carers, laundry staff and cleaners.
Thank you for your review. I'm so please to hear that your mum is doing well. It is the little things like making sure she has her lip[stick that makes all the difference and makes it more like a family.
My visits are mostly 4 times per week, at different times during the day. The staff are always available to speak to, and my husband, on the whole, appears contented. I always look forward to visiting him, and I appreciate all that is done for him.
Thank you so much for sharing this and I'm pleased to hear that your husband seems content at The Links.
No complaints. Have found the staff helpful and efficient. A friendly atmosphere exists in the home which is a help to my wife's relatives.

I am very impressed with this care home. My mother has complex needs which the staff are able to meet. The focus is on individualised care and my mother has a renewed quality of life with so much going on in the home that she can participate in. She also has a lovely room filled with many of her personal possessions.

I helped my aunt through a difficult last 18 months. There is no doubt that from November 2016, she had some happiness in a first class rest home. She said to me on one occasion that the staff always go that extra mile.

The Bupa Customer Care Team.
The staff are very caring and thoughtful if any problems arise they are dealt with immediately. I feel very comfortable with my wife being here, and I would not willingly move her to anywhere else. The musical activities are very good. There is a nurse on each floor that is well qualified and keeps the residents safe and is here to help throughout the day/night. I have been happily married for 65 years, and I come to visit her every day.

I love The Links, the management and the staff are all so hard working and so caring. They have all made the journey of placing our very much loved Mum, into care, so very much easier.
I would highly recommend this Home to anyone who may be in the process of looking for care for their loved ones.

I am extremely likely to recommend this care home. I have been coming since the home opened and my husband has day care and respite care. It is like coming home, when we come to The Links, as we are made so welcome, and everyone genuinely cares here.

Since my father has been staying at The Links, he has been well looked after with the highest care possible. Years ago, I was a care assistant myself and up until recently, I have been caring for my father with my mother. We have found the staff on all levels, very caring, helpful and friendly and my dad has been made very comfortable here for the remaining time of his life. This is a great comfort and a relief to us as a family as of course we love and want the best for him.

Dad came to The Links at the beginning of December 2016. We have been overwhelmed by the care and support that has been shown to him. He is truly part of " The Links" family. He is thriving and enjoying his life more than he has done for a very long time.

A beautiful en-suite room kept beautifully clean, an in-house hairdresser, chiropody and weekly minibus outings. Excellent choice of food every day, and the staff are really the very best. Cheerful, funny, polite, efficient and obliging. Would definitely use The Links again.
My father-in-law went into The Links for one week so we could have a break. I visited him on day 5 of his stay and he seemed very relaxed and at home. On day 6, his wife went in and had lunch with him and was made to feel welcome and on his last day, he didn't want to come home, which to me speaks volumes about how comfortable with everything he was. An overall good experience for all concerned.
