Care of my Mother is very good. Her needs are met at all times. If ever I have a concern or reason for something not being quite right, my comments are taken on board and the situation dealt with promptly. The Home is well maintained, always warm and clean and Mum is always well dressed and tidy.

She has kept good health physically and also mentally.
Mum has not ever said anything negative about any of the staff.
It has been a huge relief for me and my family to know mum is safe and happy.

I have been very satisfied with everything. Have found all staff so polite and helpful in every way possible. I am very satisfied with all the care.
We as a family are exceedingly grateful for the care tendered towards our parents. We look forward to our visit.
I visit The Links regularly and always find the staff very friendly and helpful and in my opinion, the residents are extremely comfortable an well cared for.
One of the best care homes I have ever visited. Tries and succeeds to create home from home for residents. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean, excellent and varied menu.

Mother, aged 89 years, has been a full-time resident for past 14 months. The care has always been of a very high standard with staff that really care and this is obvious every time we visit. The record kept showing the details needed for my brother, who lives further afield and visits less often, to understand all which has occurred including changes to food requirements. Reception staff are always friendly and sort out issues and questions quickly. We are very happy with all aspects of the care given.

I first visited The Links when I was looking for a care home for my father as he was no longer able to live by himself and I wanted him to be closer to where I live. The whole family was impressed by the warm welcome and the atmosphere in the Home. The whole team at The Links are caring and are there to support the resident as well as the family at a stressful time. My father has settled in well and receives excellent care from all at the Home. I have always been kept informed of my father's care and well-being from the nursing staff and I would recommend the care home to others who are looking for a friendly, caring and safe environment for loved ones.

It's like being at home when I come here for respite. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The place is immaculate, very clean which is the most important thing.
Rooms are clean and comfortable with ensuite.
Food is good. Lots of activities and entertainment. I feel he is safe, well looked after and we are part of a caring family at The Links.

The administration staff are excellent and very organised. Every member of the care staff I have met or had dealings with have been excellent. Very gentle and carer.
Obviously, it has taken them a while to adjust to a new way of life.
My sister on the 2nd floor, I feel she needs to be more occupied, as she, in my opinion, seems frustrated just sitting all the time.

My father was very poorly when he arrived after a 7hr car journey and already in poor health after being sent home from a 4-week stay in hospital without the correct care package being in place. After one week at The Links he is almost like his old self! Amazing recovery but purely down to the first class care he receives. Huge thanks to The Links.

My mother has been a resident at The Links since Spring 2016. She and my father had a wonderful year together living at The Links, but sadly my father passed away last July. Since then my mother has continued to receive care of the very best quality. My mind is at rest as I know she is being so well looked after. Thank you to everyone for my mother's continuing care, I am so grateful.
Thank you for you review of The Links Care Home, we are pleased to hear that your mother is being well cared for and is being supported through this difficult time. We appreciate your comments on the staff and will share this with the care home's manager. The Bupa Customer Care Team.
From the moment mum arrived, she loved her room and the relaxed, calm feelings of her surroundings. The staff have been extremely kind and helpful; everyone has enabled mum to settle in quickly. The chef creates dishes to satisfy the residents differing needs and tastes, maintenance put up pictures before mum arrived. The manageress has addressed every query positively, whilst the nurse and staff introduced themselves to us all and explained mum's individualised care plan.
I cannot recommend The Links highly enough, attention to detail and first class care are paramount. The Links is everything we've been looking for, a veritable home from home with benefits.
It's a light, airy, relaxing, friendly, cheerful and very caring place.

Impressed with layout, cleanliness and decor.
Staff very friendly and professional, also attentive.
It was more like a hotel rather than a care home.

Everyone from the staff to the resident and even their family are lovely, the staff are dedicated to their jobs and give the residents utmost respect and dignity, it’s certainly person-centred care, the facilities are excellent and has a hotel feel but at the same time is catered for people living with dementia. All in all The Links is an outstanding place and I’m so glad that I found it.
