Our fees are all-inclusive. The fee is dependent on room available at the time or chosen and the care needs determined on pre-admission assessment. All inclusive includes 24 hour care, hairdresser, chiropodist, newspaper of choice, Bar Bistro, family fine dining meal, trips out, entertainment.

We, like all providers, have to at times make decisions that are hard for all involved after exploring as many other resolutions before matters are sometimes taken out of our hands. Caroline Cheeseman began her career in the care industry 20 years ago in the NHS enjoying her role as a Care Assistant in A&E where she worked for 5 years. She then transferred to the private sector as a home manager where she has cared for residents with nursing, residential and dementia needs adopting a person-centred, holistic approach to support physical and mental wellbeing.
Caroline is very much a hands-on manager who prides herself in getting to know each resident and their family to ensure that the best level of high-quality care and support is provided to everyone, believing that our residents are at the heart of everything that we do.
