Hi, my name is Donna and I am the General Manager at Latimer Court.

I started my Barchester journey in 1998 as a care assistant.

I completed my Diploma in nursing in 2004 and have progressed through different positions within the company. I am passionate about providing exceptional care and my philosophy is every day is an opportunity to make a difference. I aim to ensure that our residents feel safe and secure and have a meaningful and happy life. Please come and see me, my door is always open.

Hi, my name is Richard and I have been based at Latimer Court since when the home first opened in 2013. I am a qualified electrician and this has been invaluable. My role is to ensure that the home is a safe and well-maintained environment for all. I love being able to help in any way that I can, from repairing a resident's TV to taking them out for the day as the minibus driver.

Hi, my name is Dawn and I joined Latimer Court in 2014 as a Housekeeper before being promoted to Head Housekeeper in October 2017. I lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring that all areas of Latimer Court are clean, tidy and well-presented.

Hi, my name is Margaret and I am one of our resident ambassadors, I have lived in Worcester for most of my life and lived in the same house for over 60 years. I worked at a local newspaper as a receptionist for over 20 years. I love spending time with my family and also I look forward to our 'Knit & Natter' group every week with my friends at Latimer Court.

Hi, my name is Becky and I joined the Latimer team in January 2024. Within my role, I carry out various administrative tasks, including assisting families looking for the right home for their loved ones.

Hi, my name is Jon and I joined the Latimer family in 2023. I have worked as a Chef since 2011, particularly in care homes and I have qualifications in Professional Cookery and as a Senior Production Chef.

I love working at Latimer Court and getting to know our residents so that I can provide healthy, nutritious meals based on each resident's individual likes and dislikes.

Hi, my name is Cheryl and I joined the team at Latimer Court in 2024. I am passionate about my role and I really enjoy organising the activities and most importantly seeing our residents participating and having a fabulous time. I organise outings and events which our residents enjoy best and I also involve the community to take part.

I have been involved in Activities since 2019 which I thoroughly enjoy enhancing life enrichment and wellbeing.

Hi, my name is Manu and I am the Deputy Manager at Latimer Court. I started my nursing career in the UK in 2013 as a supervised Practice Nurse. During my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working as a Clinical Service Manager and a Professional Development Nurse. I have always enjoyed and embraced the challenges in my career and I am happy to be the Deputy Manager at Latimer Court. I look forward to bringing smiles to the people I work with and those that I care for.

Hi, my name is Julie and I am one of the residents ambassadors. I lived in Worcester for forty five years before moving to Liverpool with my husband, however when he sadly passed away I moved back to Worcester to be closer to my family. I enjoy attending to the resident's meeting and having meals with other residents and having a chat. I was an Admin Clerk for a wages department before retiring. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Our family dog, Alfie visits often. Looking forward to introducing myself when you visit.
