My mum as been a resident for 3 years with dementia, the staff are excellent. Over the last few months with coronavirus, I have had peace of mind my mum has been looked after. The staff have continued with activities and great communication with me. Thank you Ash Tree House staff for all your hard work.

Dad moved into Ash Tree House after mum passed away. They had lived with us for ten years and we'd cared for them both but he was in declining health and at the time withdrawn and not himself. The staff worked hard caring for him, encouraging him to join in activities, but popping into his room with cups of tea etc when he wanted to be on his own. Gradually he's settled in and enjoys the company of the staff and residents, eats well and has put on weight, joins in the activities and it's great to see him happy and smiling again. Lovely environment, modern and stylish - it was a difficult decision to move dad into residential care but we know 100% we made the right one in choosing Ash Tree House.
Thank you so much for your review of Ash Tree House. We are so pleased to hear that your dad's move has been a positive experience for you all. We are very proud of our staff team, many of whom have been with us since our home opened, and we see lots of examples of them going above and beyond for their residents. Thank you again for the kind words which I shall be sure to pass on.
The staff at Ash Tree House are really lovely and treated my Dad with the utmost respect and care. They made sure that the joined in the activities and felt part of everything. They took him to see his friend upstairs for a visit and invited him to the Chinese night. The put the large screen up so that he could watch the football match. They go above and beyond. Wonderful!

My Grandad was made to feel so welcome here that he settled in really quickly. They looked after him excellently. He was involved in lots of activities. All the carers are really nice. Nothing is too much trouble for them! The surroundings are bright and airy - beautiful!

He was previously in another home for respite, and I was constantly getting calls to tell me his behaviour was challenging. Not once has that happened with Ash Tree. They know how to manage Dad before anything develops and if he is challenging, they work with him.
The staff are always with the residents, sitting with them, talking to them etc. I've seen enough care homes to know that isn't always the case.
There's always something going on to keep residents stimulated and they genuinely do treat people as individuals. Activities aren't just the run of the mill things like bingo either.
The meals are well thought out and varied and look appetising.

Made several visits to Ash Tree House in September. The accommodation and communal areas were clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly an caring towards residents and visitors alike. There are always well-organised activities on the various floors throughout the weeks which are suitable for everyone - some of which I attended myself and thoroughly enjoyed.

I took part in the Italian pop-up restaurant. It was beautifully organised and the food was first-class. It is the third pop-up I have attended and have been suitably impressed with the standard at the previous ones. The main organiser was efficient and friendly. The catering staff performed magnificently.
Thank you so much for your review of Ash Tree House, we are pleased you enjoyed an event at our home. We are proud to provide our residents with aspirational lifestyle choices such as the option to dine with the family at our themed pop-up restaurants. My mother moved to Ash Tree in December 2018 after a difficult time in hospital. It was difficult for me to put Mum into care as I was her carer. Mum could not walk when arriving at Ash Tree. Mum is now living a wonderful life, being very well looked after and stimulated with a variety of activities. Mum is happy, pain free, safe and very well respected. The manager and all the staff go beyond their duties and the expertise is second to none, especially in dementia care.
Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We are so pleased that your mum has settled well and is enjoying life at Ash Tree House. We will be sure to pass your kind comments to the whole staff team.
Mum has moderate dementia and finding the right care home for her was a big responsibility and cause for anxiety. However, she settled quickly and I don't think we could have found anywhere better for her. The staff are friendly and approachable; all areas are clean and furnished well, regular activities are provided, Mum is eating well and is happy and content.

Afternoon tea service for non-residents very good value for money.
Thank you so much for your review of Ash Tree House, we are pleased you enjoyed an event at our home.
All the staff are well trained and look after all the residents with love and respect.
Thank you for taking the time to review Ash Tree House. We value all feedback about our home and will ensure that your kind comments are passed to the staff team.
I visit Ash Tree often at differing times of the day. I am always welcomed and the carers are always engaging with the residents. The home is always clean and tidy. Mum's room is always well looked after and kept tidy and clean. Good transfer of information between staff and myself. Mum's needs are fully understood and met.
The GP practice that visits the home is excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and have good knowledge about the needs my mother presents and plan well to meet there needs.
From my experience have seems to be a good ratio of staff to residents except in the morning when my mother fell and there was no one available form the home to accompany her to hospital to be with her until I arrived,
Keep up the good work, but work out what is needed for emergencies.
The family is very happy with the home - and we have peace of mind that mum is in a safe, clean and caring environment. The management and staff go the extra mile with both the residents and family members. Mum is grieving and this has been acknowledged in the way she is cared for.
