Mum has only been in the care home four months but mum seems very settled, well presented on visits and has put on a little weight, so is liking the food. Staff are friendly and professional and I have no complaints.

I find the staff helpful and kind. The home is spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff regarding residents and their family. I would recommend this home.

I am greeted with great pleasantness. I am glad that my mum is being well looked after. The staff are always polite and are very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist is very friendly and lets me book to see my mum when I am going home which saves me having to ring up to make my next appointment.

Obviously, with Covid restrictions, I can't comment on the inside, room or facilities but what I have seen is a happy clean environment. Any concerns I have, have been dealt with. They treat Mum with dignity and make her feel safe since the death of my dad who passed away in Norbury Court on the 4th May.

Ths staff are very friendly and efficient. They listen to requests and act upon them promptly. They are very good at communicating the needs of the resident to the family members. The staff know the residents well, and good care is given. Norbury Court facilities are clean and well maintained as are the residents. I have great confidence in the professionalism of the staff and management in these difficult times.

I have had a wonderful experience with Norbury over the last months. I am so lucky I have been able to visit 80% of the time from August to the present date. There has always been safe areas for visiting in every way. It came as a shock that my husband became so bad with his dementia after another large bleed on the brain, but he has been cared for with respect.

Everyone involved with the running of the home is helpful, caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and Norbury Court seems to be run very efficiently. Residents appear to be comfortable and happy. I am extremely impressed with every aspect of Norbury Court and would be more than happy to recommend to others. A difficult time has been made very much easier! Thank you.

As always, compassionate care for my mum has been exceptional, especially as Mum caught the Covid-19 virus. Support and tender care for Mum helped her recover and as a family, we are extremely grateful to all the staff. Also, communication with our family at this time was wonderful as we were also dealing with the bereavement of a beloved daughter.

All the staff seem pleasant and friendly. Not really had a chance to look around myself due to Covid-19 safety precautions. No bad reports from dad.

My mum is living at Norbury Court. She celebrates her 88th birthday on 21st February and on Saturday 15th February I travelled with my husband from our home in Wiltshire to visit and begin those celebrations. My sisters with their families were joining us along with my daughter and two granddaughters. I telephoned in advance to book a private space and was promised the conservatory would be allocated for our use.

On arrival, we were met by the housekeeper who had kept her promise and gone above our expectations by providing a food table, balloons, banners and a trolley of refreshments for adults and children. We had a wonderful time. You can imagine the mess! But the housekeeping team said they would sort it which they did. Nothing was too much trouble. All done with smiles and humour. We truly appreciate all the efforts that were made to help us give our mum the birthday party we hoped for. Thank you to everyone. Brilliant job!

Mum appears well cared for but due to dementia she often forgets who we are, she keeps asking for her mother or she wants us to take her home to where her children are.

The room is bright, airy and clean. The bed looks comfy, safe and clean. The sheets are changed daily. My Uncle is happy, clean, well shaven and well dressed. The staff are kind, happy and very caring and this has made all the difference.

Very bright and cheery building, well maintained by the lovely handyman. The nurses I met in the 10 days mum was there seemed very supportive and approachable. Care staff are lacking in the skills needed for the job, especially the care part.
