My first visit to see my sister in law. The care that the was shown during my visit was kind, respectful ,engaging and tailored very much about what was needed as each moment unfolded . Listening and responding in a calm manner to make the day just that little bit better really helped . Thanks so much Tracey you are a star .

Visited friends today. First time visiting at Baugh House and was very impressed with the home. Checking in at reception was straightforward and we were escorted to a lounge, offered tea & biscuits before our friends were brought to the lounge. Everyone we met during our time visiting were friendly and caring. The home was warm, clean and in a good location with lovely views out of the windows.
Thank you for sharing your experience of our home. Best wishes, Alejandro

All the staff are easy to talk to, ranging from the welcome from the receptionist to the interactions with the medical staff and management. My sister-in-law is settled at Baugh House and whilst she's very pleased to see family members, she's never sad when we leave. Baugh House is her home and she's very happy there.
We're especially pleased that our team have taken the time to...
My mum was at Baugh House for just over four years. In that time many of the staff became friends with her and enjoyed hearing about her childhood on the farm. I cannot fault the excellent care and attention that she received, as nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would fully recommend Baugh House for your love one.

We've had a really positive experience with this care home while my dad has been here. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it's clear they take pride in looking after the residents. From the engaging activities and tasty, well-prepared meals to the warm, welcoming environment and spotless facilities, everything shows how much they care. My whole family feels at ease visiting her now. What once felt like a difficult situation has become a comforting and positive experience.
Knowing my cousin is being treated with dignity and respect gives us great peace of mind, allowing us to focus on spending quality moments with her rather than worrying when we leave.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Baugh House Care Centre. You make such a difference.

Previously found a wound on her arm and received no explanation as to how it occurred.
Sadly, your comments are wholly inaccurate. Care homes do not 'evict' people but, where an individuals needs are unable to be met within the service or where the safety of our other residents or staff is at risk, it is sometimes and only very rarely necessary where all other means are exhausted,...
All the staff have been amazing with mum as her memory fails her she can get quite agitated and they all treat her so well, even on these occasions.
If you're thinking of somewhere safe, clean, and caring with things to do I can recommend Baugh house.
Thankyou from Sharon
Thank you for sharing your experience of our home. Alejandro
She was cheerful and enjoyed our visit, and we prayed at the end, Mary adding prayers for the very ill people at the home.
Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words. Warm wishes, Alejandro
