My aunt is thriving in Baugh House. She is so much happier and brighter since she went into the care of Baugh House earlier in the year. Baugh House is clean, and the food is of good quality. The care is sensitive and supportive I have seen a huge difference in her. It is comforting to know she is being well cared for when I live so far away. The management team is approachable, and the care team is helpful in not just in regards to my aunts care but facilitating video calls with my aunt and myself and keeping me regularly updated on her care and any issues. There are a few minor issues with clothing, laundry and one to one time for my aunt but overall, I am pleased with the care my Aunt receives. Thank you to all the team at Baugh House. You do an amazing job, and it is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the lovely review of our home. It is our pleasure to care for your Aunt. Best wishes, Alejandro

The staff have a very high standard of care throughout the home from the Receptionist, The Manager, duty day Nurses and staff, they are all very friendly and with an amazing level of care given to residents.
Dad enjoys the activities and it's good to see the variation the care home provides.
The care home keeps me updated with any concerns relating to Dad and I know that after my weekly visits I can go home knowing that Dad is in good hands, which gives me peace of mind.

Thank you for sharing your experience of our home and for such lovely comments for our team. Warm regards,
Superb care, fantastic staff, excellent management & facility. The staff are extremely well trained and professional. They are very caring and the home has a very welcoming and family feel to it. Since my father moved in seven months ago the staff have always been kind, friendly and approachable. They treat all residents with dignity and respect. The facility is absolutely lovely and clean, there are no unpleasant smells at all,. They recently opened up a sensory room for the residents which has a relaxing and magical feel to it. My father's room on the ground floor opens up onto the beautiful spacious patio and garden. The corridors have beautiful pictures from the past throughout the home. The meals are varied & nutritious. The onsite Chef makes a point of finding out residents preferences. The building has good light, it is warm & spacious. I have peace of mind that my father is well looked after and taken care, thank you to the Manager and staff at Baugh House.
Thank you for sharing your experience of our home, and such positive feedback it is greatly appreciated. Best wishes, Alejandro
I visit my dear friend every Friday. I'm warmly welcomed and there are always staff around if needed. The home is well-run, clean and tidy. The residents have a social room where they can sit and they have various entertainers too and they join in with the songs. I get a lovely cup of hot chocolate... Delicious.
Thank you, Susan, for your five-star review. We greatly appreciate your kind words about Baugh House and will pass this on the team. See you on Friday for hot chocolate!
My mum is very happy and is being looked after well. All staff are brilliant and friendly.

Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We are so pleased your are content in our care, and we love having you here at Baugh House Care Centre.
My mother-in-law spent just over six months in Baugh House. During that time, we met so many members of staff who worked tirelessly to make her stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately, she was bedridden so was not able to participate in the activities. It was during her final days that the care, support and friendliness of the staff shone through. They ensured that the family was made welcome and looked after. They all responded quickly to answer questions and help allay any concerns - we cannot thank them enough.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our home and for your heartfelt words. It was our pleasure to care for your mother-in-law. Warmest wishes, Alejandro.
Mum had her 99th birthday this October and we felt the staff went above and beyond in making this a wonderful day for her. The staff arranged for a cake, balloons and entertainment for her birthday, this was followed by a small family gathering at the weekend where the staff again supplied savouries, soft drinks and a birthday cake.
It is obvious that the staff genuinely care for her and we are happy and content with her time at Baugh House.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It is our absolute pleasure to be able to share special moments like these with our residents and their families. Warm regards, Alejandro.

Hello, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you're thoroughly impressed with Baugh House. Our team takes great pride in providing excellent care.
I've been visiting my friend since March 2024. Each time I've had a friendly welcome by staff. My friend is bedridden - on each occasion, she is fresh and clean, no smells and happy in herself. She is quite lucid and relates stories about what happens outside her room window - the names of birds, the apple tree, the planes going overhead. She says the girls (staff) are good to her. It makes me happy to visit, knowing shi is ok. Thank you for looking after her.
Hello, thank you for your kind words. At Baugh House, we are committed to providing excellent care.
For a couple of weeks, a friend of mine was in Baugh House. When we visited him, we were amazed by the nice atmosphere, it is a homely home. Staff are friendly and professional, the food looked nice, we were always welcomed.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. Kind regards.
Very pleased with the way my Mother-in-law is being taken care of. She is settling in well. The cares are doing a very good job. Special mention to a member of staff and the rest of the staff also the new manager.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We're delighted to hear that your mother-in-law is settling in well and that you're pleased with the care she's receiving. I'll be sure to pass on your special mention to the staff members who have stood out.
I have been a regular visitor to my nan's care home since taking over as POA in January 2024, following the passing of my father. I have nothing but positive comments to make. The staff have been welcoming and my nan is clearly well looked after, the staff are very in tune with my nan's needs and always call upon me if there is an issue. I feel fully involved in her care and able to approach staff if needed. The accommodation is always clean, the food is great and the activities are fantastic. I always look forward to my visits!
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear about your positive experiences. We appreciate your trust and look forward to welcoming you on your visits!
My friend was brought to Baugh House due to having several falls at home and no longer had mobility or the ability to care for herself. She had prolonged spells in the hospital too. She settled quite quickly and in general was content. Due to dementia, she could be difficult and abusive but the staff treated her with care and respect. Thank you to the staff who cared for her well when circumstances were sometimes difficult.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our home. Sometimes the dementia journey our friends and loved ones take can be difficult but it is always important to see the person behind the illness - our team is very experienced in providing patient and respectful care for those living with dementia. Warm regards.
