The manager is very good. She is so hands-on and works so hard and motivates her staff to do the same. Nothing is a problem for her, she knows every resident by name and takes an interest in everyone. A very caring and hard working manager. A role model for everyone.

Following a fall and subsequent hip operation, the staff at Aarandale have made the transition from hospital to home an enjoyable and comfortable one for my mother. The public areas and private bedrooms are well appointed and well maintained and the meals and other refreshments are very good. The staff are caring and diligent, treating each resident as an individual and with genuine respect and care. Staff were genuinely pleased to spend time with my mother and made her feel that she had value as a member of their community. A calm and gentle atmosphere pervades, visiting was an absolute pleasure.
