This place is heaven sent to my mother and her family. They provide the best possible service with so much enthusiasm and willfulness. Nothing is too much and they are always willing to provide the most for the comfort of my mother. They are amazing.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention my daughter is receiving.
My Mother in law's care is excellent. The rooms are like 5-star hotel rooms. Excellent facilities.
As a newly built home, the facilities are outstanding. The dining room is bright and the food excellent.
The carers are so friendly and they work so hard to make her comfortable.
The manager is very good. She is so hands-on and works so hard and motivates her staff to do the same. Nothing is a problem for her, she knows every resident by name and takes an interest in everyone. A very caring and hard working manager. A role model for everyone.
Dear Jerry, Thank you very much for your kind words, it means so much to us all. Patricia Waldron
Following a fall and subsequent hip operation, the staff at Aarandale have made the transition from hospital to home an enjoyable and comfortable one for my mother. The public areas and private bedrooms are well appointed and well maintained and the meals and other refreshments are very good. The staff are caring and diligent, treating each resident as an individual and with genuine respect and care. Staff were genuinely pleased to spend time with my mother and made her feel that she had value as a member of their community. A calm and gentle atmosphere pervades, visiting was an absolute pleasure.

Riley is our much-loved Shih Tzu, aged 3, and an important member of our care home family. She plays a special role in creating a warm and homely environment for our residents, their families, and our team.
Riley has a natural gift for lifting spirits and brightening days. Whether she’s happily chasing her ball in the garden, keeping the admin team company in the office, or enjoying a quiet cuddle with a resident, she has an incredible ability to bring comfort, laughter, and a sense of calm to those around her.
Her presence has a wonderful impact across the home—helping residents feel more relaxed, encouraging conversation and interaction, and offering families the reassurance that their loved ones are surrounded not just by caring people, but by a caring community.
Riley is more than just our care home dog; she’s a loyal friend, a source of unconditional love, and a reminder of the joy that comes from simple moments shared together.
