Autumn Leaf House provides support and accommodation for people with autism over the age of 18 years in Castle Bromwich. It can also accommodate those who are 17 years of age and are moving from children’s services.
Located close to local amenities and with good transport links to major cities, Autumn Leaf House offers three en-suite bedrooms and five self-contained flats, which have ‘Activities of Daily Living’ kitchens to promote independence and safety. There are spacious lounge areas and a large, landscaped garden providing a secure, homely and relaxed environment.
The Autumn Leaf House staff team is proficient and experienced in providing support for people with autism. Staff provide one-to-one specialist support, person-centred support programmes and personal activity planners. Residents receive intensive interactive communication as well as staff support in education and employment. Multi-professionals and a dedicated positive behaviour support specialist are available to those at Autumn Leaf House.
